      You don’t use salt in the frosting. Don’t show the syrup in the instructions and don’t use extract in your recipe. You also add the dry ingredients in the frosting and then it’s wet

    Not sure which hamburger buns you're using, but if you use the carb smart buns they're like 50 calories per bun. ❤

      Yeah, but those will absorb much less egg whites, so you're trading slightly more proteins, taste and texture for slightly lower calories. Might be a fair trade depending on your goals.

    I don't love white chocolate more, but I do enjoy it at times. Jello makes a sugar free white chocolate pudding mix. Make it with heavy cream and it comes out like a rich mousse. Anything you could do with that would be fun. Thank you, Rahul!

    Been craving Boston Creme donuts….you are a genius although they do remind me a bit of Coach Greg’s donuts. Guess you can use Oikos triple zero vanilla Greek yogurt for filling and nix the pudding.

    Drop egg on counter, it creates an easy Crack that makes breaking it easy, then take an empty water bottle, squeeze it, place it on yolk, unsqueeze, it sucks up the yolk

    Aren't hamburger buns usually 200 calories a pop? What buns are these that the whole donut can come out to 167 calories?

    i can't seem to find low-calorie buns, everything is above 300kcal per 100g, with one bun being 80g therefore 240+kcal

      The ingredients below list sugar free chocolate syrup. I'm guessing that's what he used. There are a few things missing in this video such as the amount of casein protein. It's listed below in the ingredients. Great video but needs a little bit of cleaning up to really be helpful.

    Dude,Crack the egg,use the two halves to catch the yolk back and forth,the Whites will fall away into the bowl and the yolk will stay in the egg shell halves.

    I've watched Jeremy Ethier's recent vid on the best way to use protein in building muscle. And there was a study where there is a group who ate whole egg vs egg whites and the results where the ones who ate whole eggs had better rate of protein synthesis. So we can use that as reason not to waste egg yolks? 🤣🤣🤣
    Anyways, another great recipe again! Boston creme from dunkin' is my favorite but it's overflowing wuth calories, so this is a great alternative! Thanks!

      I've been using allulose instead of erythritol. A little bit of erythritol in some of your store bought low-cal foods is fine, but definitely minimize it in your diet!

      It’s actually blood erythritol levels and the study never specified whether its through consumption or your body over producing it (our bodies naturally produce erythritol) Also all the participants already had existing heart conditions so it actually could of meant Heart issue= more erythritol production or even that erythritol had nothing to do with it because correlation doesn’t equal causation and maybe other factors create these results (their already existing heart issues 🤷‍♂️)

      @@faouri. Were we looking at the same study? This study had a comparison group of people estimated to be in the top 25% of erythritol consumers; they definitely specified. And 90% of erythritol is absorbed into your bloodstream when it reaches your small intestine, similar to how sugar is, but it just stays in your bloodstream for a while then is eventually peed out because your body can't use it.
      Not only that, but there's a decent causal link shown here. Erythritol seems to increase the activity of platelets, thus leading to further clotting.
      That being said, this was just one study, and more research is needed than just one study. Also IIRC there is a theory that it is not the erythritol itself, but something that the gut microbiome breaks it into, that increases the platelet activity, so different people will experience this effect at different levels due to differences in their gut microbiomes. We will have to see! I will be airing on the side of caution, though, and reducing my consumption... not entirely cutting it, but definitely a reduction.
