How To Perform Referencing In Microsoft Word (Super Simple!)

In this tutorial, I'll show you how to perform referencing in Microsoft Word. I will also show you how to add citations and create a bibliography. Not many know about Word's built-in citation and referencing tool, so I'll show you everything you need to know in about 5 minutes. This is great, My tutor has asked me to have 2 lists in one document. 1 being references (Used articles in text). And 2. Bibliography for sources which i didn't cite in the text. I will try this but in case it doesn't work is there something else I should do? I don't know how to split the list.

Hi, can you help me with my reference list? At the end of my assignment. I have created the reference list with all the references, however, when i click on the list, it shows up shaded and a little box comes up on the left -hand side with the words "update citations and bibliography." You can change the referencing style. For typing a in full names e.g. John Smith and Jane A Doe., wrtie: Smith, John; Doe, Jane A
