Comment on 70 floors. Engagement is jumping at each monster, ejecting the cat from the lap, and then pausing to make sure fertility wasn't affected by the jump scare.

i'd be surprised if this hasn't been suggested yet, but if you enjoy these spot the difference games you should definitely check out the "I'm on observation duty" series. Last I checked there was 4 games, same formula but different anomalies n such.

I asked the dev, petting the cat is optional
The game was poorly designed in allowing you to cheese the system by simply going back down even when unsure. You should get attacked every-time you guess wrongly, because as this play-through shows, you just keep making progress even with multiple incorrect choices. Also eliminating the health potions would have been another decent option so you couldn't refill your incorrect guess meter so to speak.
