It's not an excuse.When responsibilities pile up both professionally and personally it is difficult to have time for yourself.
I work a 9-6 and still make sure to workout every single day even on Sundays..I follow a ppl split, I'm Having decent weights and barbell rods at home and a resistance band..No excuses bro..If you have the passion for it you'll chase it at any cost!

I have been regular in the gym for about 9-10 months, following the push pull leg split. But now I have hit a plateu, its even worse because I am actively losing strength in my workouts week after week. I though this could be a reason because of overtraining or staying in high amount of calorie deficit so I started a winter bulk, but to my surprise I couldnt increase my performance much and plateued still. Now I am out of shape from the long bulk and cutting is not helping with strength gains. What should I do to break this??
PS: I also changed my split multiple times and experimented with them but didnt get much results

How can i track my calories and macros as a hosteler eating in mess. Although i can keep a track of total protien (whey and other sources) i took but what about the food i consume in mess. I can't just roam around with a weigh machine in mess.
