- LSU QB Jayden Daniels was named the 89th winner of the Heisman Memorial Trophy Saturday, Dec. 9, becoming the third LSU Tiger to take home the most prestigious award in college football. He joins Joe Burrow and Billy Cannon.

Nothing personal to Daniels because Daniels is a bright young man but the truth is the truth. 13 and 0 playoff birth Michael penix Jr deserved the 2023 heisman trophy over 10 and 3 non playoff birth Jayden Daniels. Whoever voted for Daniels has a serious mentally ill issue.
Heisman isn’t a team award…look at the comparison metrics …he smoked those other boys against much tougher defensive teams. This was a no brainer.
