Ole Miss fan here, I watched this great talent of a QB go back and forth with my team for 60 minutes and give us the game of our lives. I knew it then what I know now, he is a future NFL star at QB and an absolute superstar in college. On that day he made throws that were astonishing to witness. Congrats Jayden!! To see how coach Herm Edwards and Marvin Lewis developed this kid into being a man,how to lead a group of men and appreciate the hard work your teammates put in to give you the chance to be at your best each week is truly special. You could see the growth in leadership and football play when Jayden played at Arizona State then transferred to LSU. The fundamental foundation was set by coach Herm Edwards and his staff at Arizona State for Jayden to transfer to LSU and have success. That is exactly what he did having a historic season at LSU. Congratulations Jayden!! I look forward to seeing you on Sundays in the NFL!!

He deserved it. #1 in QBR/PR and Total Yards. 40TD to only 4INTs. #2 in PY during the regular season and #3 overall for PY because he didnt have the conference championship game but his PY was nearly identical to Penix/Nix. He accounted for 412yds per game which has to be some kind of record as well.
He set an FBS all time record for Passer Rating (208) and Yards per attempt (11.7) while simutaneously leading all FBS in rushing yards per carry (including RB's) at 8.5 yards per carry, all against the #5 Strength of Schedule. 70% on passes over 25 yards with 25 TD's and 0 INTs. 40 TD and 4 INT's overall. Jayden rating was 208, Caleb at 170, Maye at 145.
By draft time, he'll be #1 overall pick
500+ yards and 8 TD’s against Georgia St. Played the entire game. No one should be awarded the Heisman for pouring it on against a High school level team.

Meaning of the hundreds of thousands that have ever suited up pads in college football, 0 have ever had a higher passer rating or yard an attempt than Jayden. In addition to that, he led all FBS in yards per carry (8.4) He literally perfected 2 positions and way out statted Lamar at Louisville. For reference, Lamar Rating was 140. Jayden's FBS record was a 208. Jayden completed 70% of passes over 25 yards that went for 25 TD's 0 INT's. 40 TD's and 4 INT's on year with 10 rushing TD's. All against the #4 strength of schedule and 3 top 10 teams.
I challenge you to find any player in the history of College football that set an FBS record for Passer Rating, Yards per pass attempt and led all FBS in yards per carry all against the #4 strength of schedule. I can tell you that you won't find anything remotely close to it. Once NFL teams finish the season and look at stats and tape, I can't see him not going #1 overall.

HE WON THE HEARTS of LSU fans- just like Burrow, Skkkkenes and Reese. They are all ballers who shattered SEC & NCAA records- some that may never be broken. Player development is job #1 at LSU. Kudos to the training staff & coaches who dive deep in the science that helps great players and great transfers play elite almost immediately. Perhaps it's by tweaking balance or pivoting. Maybe a few small repairs that their last school didn't see/fix. A bunch of schools are doing this, but not at this level, not this consistently and certainly not in multiple sports across one athletic department.

You won many of us over when you took a cheap-shot at Missouri (Missouri doesn’t play dirty, but that one isolated play was) … Anyway, I just KNEW you were done for. I was wrong. All you did was Man Up and came out and literally WILLED your team to victory.
