There is nothing wrong with letting a high draft pick sit a year. If you let Jayden sit a year it will give him not only time to learn but time to build muscle on his frame and to learn the play book. Because this team only signed a couple of O lineman and one from the draft. Not much improvement needed for a rookie QB
I will be back in the comments at the end of the season. If everyone thinks this is the year sit Jayden for a year and let your best QB you got on paper right now start I mean you drafted a QB and only made a couple FA signings and one drafted for o line help. You got a center who can pair with a vet and knows how to audible the best lets test that theory behind a vet. If no one agrees then something is definitely wrong with fans and the front office that can’t see what I do.

Jayden going to be running for his life all season. We didn’t really address O line in the draft but one player. So not really much improvement on O line from last year. You went and got a QB with out a big splash at O line. Well looks like my words are already proving this team I was right. What is everyone going to say when I come back in the comments at the end of the year and say I told you so. You went from later round QB with no O line improvement to a high draft pick at QB with still no improvement at O line. Jayden if you were smart the first thing you do is tell the coaches you want to sit the first year until they improve the O line. Don’t let your high popular spot in the draft and young rookie high ego get you hurt.
