I found about foundryside from this channel and that book was freaking amazing😍 I really really wanted to read something similar to Six of Crows and don't believe any book other than foundryside could come any close similar ♥️ and for this I really hav this channel to thank for. 😘😘
arundhati parida I actually just read American elsewhere by the same author who does foundryside and it was frickin amazing. 5stars for sure. I wasn’t ready to start a new series but I’m definitely going to be continuing with him. Think I’ll do the city of stairs first :)
Sara Frie I know starting a series can be so daunting especially the one which is ongoing. The wait for the next book is torture 😭😖 I haven't read City of Stairs myself but hav heard gud things. Maybe I'll also pick that up in future😊

I’m so happy to see someone mentioning the Seven Realms and Shattered realms series, they are SO GOOD and are definitely one of my favorite books fantasy series🥺✨
I adore the Seven Realms, but I felt like there wasn't enough time to get to know the new characters in Shattered Realms before the story moved away from the old ones (who I was definitely there to see so maybe it was just me lol)

@@pa.o good choice! Even people who are not into reading can get into it with that book. I trapped my brother with that and he ended up reading the whole trilogy. It's really fast paced, interesting characters u will fall in love with and incredibly interested magic and world setting.
OMG I felt the same! I have even read the ember in the ashes, the kiss deception and foundryside. I can most definitely vouch that Regan gave the most perfect pair recommendations. You should read an ember in the ashes. you wouldn't regret it I promise

I unfortunately did not like The Demon King, although I adored Lady Midnight.
This was fun! I’d love to see you do the same for middle-grade and adult fantasy, especially because I don’t really read a lot of YA. (Also, do you have any readalikes for Vicious by V. E. Schwab? I flew through it yesterday, LOVED it, and I’m going today to buy Vengeful.)
I would also recommend the lies of Locke lamora if you love six of crows or just fantasy heist novels!
If you want a middle grade rec. For a darker shade of magic/city of brass i recommend the "chronicles of chrestomanci" by Diana Wynne Jones. Its a multi parallel worlds/world hopping thing. Theres a mystery involved and some politics but its middle grade so lots of fun.
The Seven Realms series is so good but I only read up to book 3 so definitely need to read the last book. Also, I've been meaning to read The Kiss of Deception since it came out probably so need to get on it soon because the premise has always sounded amazing.
It definetly is! The humor and style is stunning. And we all love a strong girl as a protagonist💁🏻♀️
Bewitched and bewildered serie by alanea alder is my favorite paranormal serie of all time, it's so funny, the story get to you and you want to know what happens in the next book so bad, it's my favourite.
