About Me:
My name is Rebekah Farmer. I am an overcomer of over 10 autoimmune diseases, chronic Lyme disease, and a chronic CDiff infection that almost took my life.
I am a full time health and life coach. My goal is to efficiently help as many people as possible and to spread the message of HOPE.
God is Healer, meat is medicine!
I LOVE that you use the WHOLE egg. Most carnivores are using just the yoke. I can't toss good food. Just like back in the day when they wanted us to toss the yokes! NOPE! I figure if God put it together, we're supposed to have the whole thing!
You make carnivore diet look effortless. I appreciate your contribution to this diet. I watched many of your videos and I can say that your health transformation is one of the most inspiring.
I love you Rebekah
Thank you for your kind words! 🙏🙏💖 This way of eating is SO much easier than anything else I've ever tried... because it's natural!
Thank you for this recipe! This looks great! I have a ton of equip from another recipe. Can’t wait to try it 😊
ENJOY!! ❤
Yess that looks so good
Thank you so, so much for sharing your recipe!! I have been using prime protein for some time now! I made a cake with it last year. And used cream cheese for the icing. I didn't tell anyone other than it was homemade. It was delicious. I also had some homemade strawberry freezer jam that could be drizzled on the cake. I don't measure ingredients either🙃
Love you content and congratulations !! So very happy for you and Tyler 🥰
🙌❤️🙏🤗 Yumm! And Thank you!!
I love eating raspberries with these brownies. It's incredibly decadent.
Oh can u share the general recipe? That sounds amazing

Yummy!! I routinely make a big batch of your bowl method brownies but need to try the blender method. I've been mixing the unflavored and the vanilla Prime protein powders adding a touch of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon Soooo goood. Thanks for sharing Bear with us! Off topic but....I LOVE your hair up!
Oh my goodness that sounds so so delicious I must try that! Have you tried my carrot cake recipe? And mark and thank you so much! Wait I thought the messy bun was a little crazy but it works 😜🥰❤️
Gorgeous dog. Excited to try this recipe.
❤❤ Enjoy!
Bear is a good boi. I can just tell. 😊
had to laugh because of the cute dog !!🤣😂
😂🩵
Hi! I just found out about your channel. I already love it and thanks.
Could you please tell me what kind of dogs Bear is?? We had to put my sweet German Shepard Zena down this past December. My heart is still aching 😟 Your sweet bear reminds me of her. I think I’m ready for another sweet baby dog again. Thanks ahead for the information, and the great I’m sure, recipes, I plan on trying these brownies soon.
Blessings to you and your family 💕
I made these today...with a few minor tweaks. I can't get your favourite protein powder here in the UK, but I found another brand in a chocolate & almond flavour...I had to use 17 eggs (all I had) and sour cream instead of Greek yoghurt. It turned out really well and was a massive hit! Thanks for the recipe 😘
That sounds delicious!!! Yay!!
What are your thoughts on soy free eggs? Corn fed or soy fed eggs?
Am trying these brownies now. I add baking soda however I heard you say you will add the powder. I also cook without measuring but I wondered if the baking soda verses maybe baking powder would matter. They are baking now and smelling yummy. I added unflavored beef powder and added coco powder with monk fruit sugar.
Either will work! 1 teaspoon of baking powder is equivalent to ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
I hope they turned out well!

@@rebekahheishman-tailoredke8939 WOW. Yummy. Worked well. I am carnivore with my husband and my 92 year old mother-in-law. She loved them. Thank you.

Can’t wait to try these with Peanut Butter Prime Protein!
Sooo good!
What a great idea. Nice recipe, I will have to give it a try
I hope you love it!
Whats your opinion on lakanto monkfruit/erythritol instead of stevia? Any health concerns? For some reason I don't do well w stevia
Stevia is part of the rag weed family so if you have an allergy to that that could be the issue. I favorite allulose (lowest glycemix index) above the 2 that you mentioned but I don't have any personal issues with the other two!
Try allulose!
Do you store in fridge or in counter ?
I'm a beginner carnivore, a month in and among healing my health and hormones I want to lose about 30 pounds. How often would you eat these delicious brownies and other of your desserts?
I had one every day after dinner for as long as I wanted it! If it doesnt trigger you to eat real sugar, daily should be fine. Stevia in *excessive* amounts has the potential to be an endocrine disruptor. Have never heard from anyone having an issue with it though.
How much oxalates would there be in there? In a "square" of that? How would you guesstimate?
Great question!
The amount of Cocoa that they use to flavor this whole bag has to be minimal based on my reactions when I was extremely sensitive to oxygen and I was comparing this to using Cocoa powder.
But even if we were to assume that they were using *High* amounts of Cocoa- plugging in a whole scoop of protein powder (21g) and factoring in 31.82 mg/100g highest estimated oxalate content found in pure cocoa...
2 scoops Would not even Equal the minimum effective dose of oxalate per day which is around 35 mg.
Hi … What about the oxalates in cocoa powder or peanut butter or peanut?
Hi! The amount used in both would not exceed the minimum effective dose of oxalate per day (35mg).
Raw cocoa powder would be a different story.
The dog alone gets a like!
Ummmm. Any idea how many scoops of equip you used ? Just found you today and I use equip and would love to make these but don’t have a clue how much to use. It was baking soda and not baking powder ? Help 🙏🏻
I have a smaller recipe on my instagram with exact measurements 💖
Love Bear ❤❤❤
Do you have a mug muffin recipe for the brownies?
No. I haven't used microwaves for over 10 years 🤷♀️
I want to make this, but I am very hesitant regarding the number of eggs used, number of protein powder scoops, and the amount of yogurt. Thank you!
This was a mega batch! The original recipe is made with 4 - 8 eggs or yolks only.
Do you have to buy the recipe??? How much yogurt?
i have vanilla protein powder, could i make these and add cocoa?
For sure! Or just make blondies 💖
Interesting
I want to try making these. Is there anythng you can recomment instead of the Prime Protein? I dont have patients to wait for amazon...
Unfortunately no. The beef protein isolate is essential for this texture.
Thank you!!
Has anyone attempted these? I'd love to but am not willing to risk wasting all of the ingredients since there are no measurements given.
The original recipe with measurements is on my instagram and has been posted to this description 💖
I can tell you the original version, which is different than this 2.0 version, is very good. I made a couple tweaks because the batter started out very dry, but other than that, they were good. I'd advise experimenting with her small batch version first. Get the batter to the consistency of normal brownies and don't over bake. Mine were moist and fudgey!
I do not understand why there is no measurement ?!?? The original is 4 egg yolks and this one has 18 whole eggs how do you convert that?!? Soo confusing
BEAR APPROVED!!
🤗💖
Where the recipe?!?
In the description 💖
I'm going to try this recipe but I have one question- Did you mean to say aluminum free baking *powder? Baking soda doesn't ever contain aluminum so I just wanted to check. 🤗
Also, about how much protein powder are you using? Thank you!
@@wishiwuzahomestead6338 Since you can use either baking powder or baking soda I specified.
Here are measurements! instagram.com/p/CIa0Yn0AG_b/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
@@rebekahheishman-tailoredke8939 thank you!
Are these just more chewy without the yogurt? TIA
Hmm.. yes and maybe less moist ( but not dry)
The yogurt actually brings out the chocolately flavor as well IMO- something about that natural tartness.
Where do I find the link to order your book

This looks so awesome. But haven’t tried it yet cause 18 eggs is a lot. Where I’m at it’s about $8 for a dozen
You can make it as small as you like! I started with 4 egg batches ❤️

@@julieellis6793 Hi there, thanks but... where's the written recipe again? Could you direct me? I just can't seem to find it anywhere! I don't have Instagram. Thanks in advance!
@carlacaliri5385 I guess the only place it is written is on Instagram. I haven't made it, but I would guess at the amounts she's using.
Can this be done in an air fryer?
Cannot confirm- let me know if you try! I would think so!
Mind blown
What are the approximate macros per brownie?
You'll have to plug that in yourself depending on the gatch size and how many brownies you cut it into. Generally about 15-20g protein, 1carb (if that) and 3-5 g fat unless you add fat 😊

Chewy Chocolate Carnivore Brownies!
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp melted fat ( I made 1 batch w/ rendered suet & another w/ butter- to be honest I prefer the suet version. It is *extremely* decadent & rich) - be sure to let it cool before mixing in with the egg yolks. We don't want scrambled egg yolks. Batter should be thick and smooth 😎

It looked like you used a lot of the protein powder. Could I have the exact measurements, please?

These weren’t bad. I made the small batch and mixed chocolate and vanilla. There was an eggy taste though.
More protein powder if it was eggy! 🤗💖

Pink salt tastes better.
How much protein powder Is that if you were measuring scoops ?
As mentioned I literally have 0 measurements for this recipe and it's different every time and it's very hard to mess up. If you would like to work with measurements there is a full recipe in my highlights on my Instagram!

Pretty good tasting. But at about $100 per batch which is about five bucks a brownie it's a little ridiculous. Not your fault just making the point. At protein alone goes for $68 for the package.
It's not necessary to use this much protein powder. The original recipe calls for about four scoops for a whole batch. The fact that it is a meal replacement also in my opinion makes it very much worth the expense. To each their own!
Your insta recipe says 4 eggs yolks. Here you’re using 18 eggs? That’s quite a big difference 😮. Did I miss something?
You did not miss anything. This recipe also uses whole eggs and is a HUGE batch! Scale the ingredients accordingly.
