Alright I'm fed up with you people:
He doesn't (at least not always) choose what the Cubicle sends him. He didn't ask for these spinners to be sent to him. But, since they were sent to him, it's his job to make a video about them (as that is what being a tester is). So quit saying to stop with the spinner videos because he's made two. That's it. He still uploads cubing content and keeps up his quality so really you shouldn't be complaining. If he happens to upload more videos on spinners, just don't watch it if you really think it's that bad. It's as simple as that. And having fidget spinners doesn't make you cringy either. JR is still one of the best CZcamsrs out there and whether he uploads spinner videos or not, I'll still watch and support him and you guys should to.

When the 2 sided spinners are moved horizontally or vertically, it doesn't bump into itself it's the gyroscopic effect
Hey Jesse, if the spinner feels weird and very scratchy and not smooth, there should be a retainer under the caps that might be loose. Hopefully this helps.

JR im sure your not seeing this but I have the regular looking blue metal spinner that you showed in your video and that is what mine sounded like as well. But later on I discovered that under one of the thumb caps there is a metal ring that holds in the smaller bearing. You can just tighten the metal ring with your fingers until it won't go any further and that should solve your issues, as well as provide a much longer and smoother spin
