If you love this mouse, might I suggest you try the Waizowl OGM Pro? Similar dimensions to the Thorn at a great price.
I know this video is older but if you could review or help explain the lamzu software, doesn't seem like anyone does it but I've recently purchased the mini4k version and through their website they offer download likes the one is a "rar" file which I found you need something called 7zip to extract it or the other one the firmware download brings up that your pc doesn't recognize it and can put your system at risk for giving it access please help!!!

great comparison, in that chubby part of the hand I always feel a lot of pain. It seems to me that this hump takes exactly that point on the hands and that seems very special for my case.
Today I use Atlantis and G903. But until today the heavy G502 was the mouse that brought me the most comfort, too bad it's so heavy lol

Hey techne, nice review on this. Very detailed. But, would this one be a better choice than the Viper Ultimate? Both are roughly the same price in my country. Since the Viper ultimate is a bit old, Im having doubts on it.
I really like that you explained the back corner hitting the bottom left side of your hand fat. And the comparison with it being a deathadderv2 + ec2. Now I gotta go find my deathadderv2 to remember that corner it hits and see if I even want that now haha. Good upload 👍
Hows the coating compared to the Lamzu Atlantis mini? I wasnt a fan of it at all. I needed grips otherwise it was too narrow and not enough grip imo. Also, on the Lamzu Atlantis is did this thing where it was narrow on the bottom middle width but got wider as it went upwards towards the top middle width of the mouse. Does this mouse do that?
Not as much as the Atlantis on that up slope, and as for the grip, I really like it, super smooth, really reminds me of gprox.
I just got this a couple of days ago as I had the Atlantis Mini and liked it but the shape and size was just a bit small and off for me. I LOVE THIS even more than my DAV3 as I never quite liked how that sat in my hand as I had to hold it sideways a bit to feel locked in with it due to very little thumb curve. My hands are average at 19x10 and this fits so awesome in my hand, i got the Fnatic 4k version in orange. The coating is awesome as my hands can get hot and it actually locks the mouse into my hand more 🤣. Loved the review as always, thanks 🍄

The DeathAdder V3 Pro Faker Edition/DeathAdder V3 Wired could have also been a good additional comparison point, since those uses a more similar coating to the Thorn than the white DeathAdder V3 Pro. I've tried both the black DeathAdder V3 Pro and the wired DeathAdder V3 and I haven't quite found a grip I like on either one yet, so maybe I'll keep my eyes on the Lamzu Thorn/Atlantis, the Vaxee NP-01S wireless, and the upcoming Pulsar X2V2 (as a palm gripper wanting to try a more fingertip grip)
The v3 wired feels more like Zowie. This feels more like gpro. And faker just feels like paint
Does it come with any gaming software? If it is how is it with customization options?
Been maining the Lamzu Atlantis since it came out, I've tried a few others since but go straight back to this. The thorn looks amazing shape and size wise, think I'll have to give it a go

shape wise thorn vs vaxee outset are they simmilar? cause from the vids i seen thorn looks closest to the outset and i love my outset so thorn might be for me a super light wireless outset shape like mouse
I mainly using Xlite v2 mini day to day basis and it feels nice in my small hand, do you think this mouse gonna be an upgrade?

How about comparison with Razer Mamba Elite & Mamba Wireless 2018?? Man the Mamba series really Underrated, they deserve more Recognition considering how good the ergo shape design they had, still one of the best Ergo Shape Mice.

I would go DAV3 is you like ec1. This one is more around ec2 but with that side hump

@@mouzzok, so you like the curves. It’s hard enough for us ergo fans to get new mice in general, now being an ec1 fan, shewww it’s a rare case to get something similar to that big boy.
How about a classic DAV2 pro, dang good mouse, big like ec1 and a very fair price these days

This seems to be the mouse that will replace my roccat kon air. I like it but the side buttons are way back, and me having big hands, sometimes i struggle or have to completely bend my thumb to click the second side button. This seems to have pretty much the same shape but those buttons are way more forward.
Did you replace your KPA with it? Thoughts?

I wouldn’t say smaller hands at all. That back side hump is definitely prominent

@TheTechne fair. Not sure I could get down with an aggressive hump like. Went ec1 for a bit and came back to the DAV3. that shape is just too perfect for me

LETS GO!! Get a Thorn.. Errrgo get a DAV3. Did that work? Everything Lamzu puts out is solid and priced competitively. Lamzu is going to be a real THORN in side of other mice companies. Bulging side buttons?! AYO! 😂 I do wish there was a lighter DAV 3 mini.

lamzu been putting out good stuff but man they gotta work on their supply chain, 20 pieces every 3-4 months ain't really cuttin it

Man, this ain't a detailed review, not once did you talk about the features of the 3395 sensor, like the motion sync. the most 2 important features in a mouse are, the shape and the sensor, like you said we all can go up on their website and check the specs out, but, no one really wants to do that, especially when CZcamsrs make Videos saying DETAILED REVIEW.
As I said in the video, I’ll talk about it if there is an issue. We all have used 3395’s and heck all sensors are dang good these days. No need to waste my time or yours.
@@TheTechne Most of us haven't "Used the 3395", so, we the viewers would like to know full details about it, especially when a CZcamsr makes videos like (DETAILED REVIEW), As you said you'd only talk about it if there is an Issue, but people would like a full detailed review of EVERYTHING, that includes the features of the sensor, good or bad. I only learn about the 3395 new motion sync feature a few days ago, and If I had sooner, I wouldn't have bought the G Pro Super Light. I'd get the Asus mouse instead because it's on Sale RIGHT NOW. so, yeah, that's on me for only following a few CZcamsrs who does reviews not explaining full details and when called out, tells their views to go look it up, everyone else talks about the features/Specs of a mouse sensor but you. that's fine, if it's not your thing, I guess, I'd be unsubing tho. If where asking too much of you, I guess.

dav3 is overrated!!!!!! said it sense the beginning!!! not saying its not a good mouse i just think its overrated
