You need to ask yourself why you have this deep seated hostility towards another person’s decisions. Its not your or my say as to what another person decides to do to fill better in their own skin. We all have insecurities and one of your is rearing its head based on your comment. If a CZcams video is elevating your cortisol than you need to do some reflection and figure out whats causing your inner turmoil.
