- The UK prime minister, Rishi Sunak, has said a request by the ICC chief prosecutor Karim Khan for arrest warrants to be issued for Israeli and Hamas leaders is 'deeply unhelpful' and would make no difference to securing a 'pause' in fighting or the release of hostages.

The judgements against Hamas and Mr Netanyahu were based on reliable evidence and testimony of impartial witnesses.
The idea of" equivalence" exists in your and Mr Biden's mind and not in reality.
Each defendant had the right to a fair trial. The decision must be respected by all nations based on the reputation of the court and the validity of the evidence.
As a nation that has ratified the Rome statute and recognises the ICC, you should agree with it's rulings.
