Per coloro che rimangono impressionati da questo campione assoluto vorrei ricordare banalmente che Yuri ha cominciato ad allenarsi a circa 5 anni , è stato professionista fino a 34 anni e adesso ne ha 50 ( e continua ancora ad allenarsi )
Cominciando a 5 anni , Yuri con estrema e pignola determinazione ha costretto il suo fisico di un ragazzino con poco " talento " ( come si definì lui ) a plasmarsi , a diventare quello che non era progettato geneticamente per essere ...
45 anni di allenamenti , di fatica , di dolore di infortuni per un posto nella eternità sportiva ...

@@asaxsmurf5162 è un discorso basato sul fatto che a seconda del fisico che hai (tra lunghezza dei muscoli, forza di tendini e articolazioni, ecc.. ) il corpo può reggere o meno determinati sforzi. Per esempio per quanto riguarda il BB o PL, il sollevare carichi pesanti senza incorrere in determinati infortuni, è di solito correlato all'avere attaccature di tendini e articolazioni molto più compatti. Per quanto riguarda invece calisthenics o ginnastica artistica possiamo parlare sia di forza dei tendini, sia anche di elasticità del corpo (se io provassi anche solo a fare uno di quei movimenti, per la struttura che ho, ne uscirei con la spalla distrutta entro pochi mesi di allenamento tanto per farti un esempio)
Io direi che è portato visto che non è neanche 1.60cm, e comunque si chiama Juri.

@@TheAnarchist99 he won a Gold medal in gymnastic, so for a short period of time was the strongest gymnastic athlete of the world. Nor normal neither elite athlete, alien.
Yuri was born in 1969 in Prato. Parents named him in honor of the Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin. He was a weak child, but when his sister began to do gymnastics at the Etruria Gymnastics Society, he also decided to attend classes at the age of seven. Parents supported the choice of a son. In 1977, Yuri won the championship of the Tuscany region.

He came back stronger than ever and in 1996 he won one of the most beautiful gold medals in Italian history, that is the exercise at the end of the video.
