Thank you ! Love England so much… London is cool👍🧡
London is the greatest city in the world. Thank you for the video.
Thank you for walking through the cold, rainy weather for almost two hours for our benefit. It's much appreciated. ❤️
Yes I liké so England ! I ve Nevers gone it unfortunatly.
This can make someone gravely ill
Ditto!
That's English Summer, look forward to a walk through the streets of London in Winter.
So civilised…no horns constantly going like New York. Amazingly peaceful for a city environment.
There seems to be something wrong with americans....
These video's are unique, they give a true sense of being there, places you will probably never see...amazing!...
When your day isn't going as planned ,this is a lovely little distraction. You soon become immersed in the sights and sounds and gain a sense of calmness. Thanks for this walk!
My pleasure Brenda, all the best!
This is epic! I love it! Thank you so much!
Amazing London City Rainy .and beautiful London city ...
Rain walks are my absolute favourite. Thankyou 😊
Hey omg you are in my favourite place - Holland Park & the Japanese garden! Thanks for amazing video. Xx
DS, glad you enjoyed it, it was nice to be the only person in the Japanese Garden
Calming and peaceful 🥰
Beautiful sharing
Born, raised and lived in Ladbroke Grove (Kensington and Chelsea) between 1980 to 1998. Best years of my life. Went to Oxford Gardens primary school, Burlington Danes secondary school and St Charles Sixth Form College. Watching this video brought back all those memories.
Very beautiful 😍
When I worked in the area, I would spend my lunch hour walking around Kensington and Chelsea, going wherever my feet would take me. It is just so nice. I particularly liked Kynance Mews and then taking the steps up to Victoria Road as you have done here. That area is beautiful, particularly in the spring. Thanks for bringing back wonderful memories.
Love this vibe, so relaxing.
I had such a great time watching this. Thank you for the great adventure. Appreciate it.Greeting from Iran 🇮🇷❤
Loved this walk lying in my bed nice and comfortable. Thank you.
This was sooooo relaxing.
Some of those great shots , like the waterfall , you should print stills and sell them . Gorgeous. NANCY
Superb random rainyness if that’s a word. Great method of testing your brolly under the guttering 😂👍👌
amazing rainy walk 👍👍
I love this kind of video because I would feel like walking on the streets.
😃❤❤❤👍👏👏👏👏
Thank you! 😃❤
This is amazing WW as I recognize so many areas in this video. As as example, at 1:26:48 mum and I sat on that very same park bench in the summer! That's in Holland Park in the section known as the Dutch Garden. And we walked through the Japanese Garden there too. We also visited the nearby London Design Museum. Also recognize much of Kensington High Street from around Whole Foods, M&S and past South Kensington Station. It really means something to be able to identify with these places! Of course for us it was in the summer with a totally different climate.
Very nice walk in the rain in these chic neighborhoods. I really like the Mews.
Adam and Eve Mews made me smile!!.
Some are really full of charm!!.
Holland Park and its Japanese gardens, magnificent in the rain.
this is my third time to Holland Park through our friend WW.
There are covered galleries near the entrance, and each time I saw large murals that seem to have the French impressionist genre.
When our friend WW gets back there maybe he can show us these paintings??.
I have a curious nature about these things and that is a suggestion of course.
I found Holland Park magnificent.
But it was a very wet walk.
Thank you WW it was a very nice walk
😀😀😀😀😀
Thanks FV, so pleased you enjoyed it! Next time I'm at HP I'll show the whole mural if I remember 😀
Thank you friend WW.
These very large paintings are under the covered galleries.
In the last video, these galleries are near the entrance to the park.
My quick impression of a woman with a big dress, made me think of Impressionists like Renoir.
There's a gallery that has these paintings and maybe 2. But one, I'm sure.
The Japanese gardens were beautiful.
Thank you for everything.
Good Sunday

Watching from cyclone bashed New Zealand no sun for few days …thank you for walking in the rain to benefit us dedicated followers …seems like the gardens are planted with flowers etc so maybe you will walk us through the gardens when they are in bloom
I had forgotten how beautiful London looks...
I live in the U.S. on the east coast and I really enjoyed the walk. Thank you. 😊
Mysterious Aura of the city is visible through every alley and streets. Wet, beautiful like a mermaid, yet moody facet of this city so intricately captured by you Mr. Walker. Keep creating memories so beautiful! Happy walking! ☕🧁☔
Many thanks AS 😀
@@WatchedWalker Thank you for your kind reply 😊💫
What is interesting in walking in rain instead enjoyment is in sitting at home with family, having warm cup of tea with hot pakoras and watching rain from window
Rainy weather my favorite ❤️
This is the most calming video I have ever seen in my life! I love this idea! Perfect to calm my mind before bed after a busy day with my chamomile tea and fluffy blanket ❤
Thank you for walking in the cold and rain for us much appreciated! London looks beautiful can't wait to visit in a couple of months
My pleasure NWB, I hope you have a great time in London!
@@WatchedWalker thank you! I quite excited
Great walk! Beautiful streets and buildings. Nice to see Holland Park again. I saw one logo at 1:05:38, nearly invisible! And I listened to the rain! Thanks for sharing!😀
Thanks Anne-Lise and well spotted! Perhaps I'm making the logos too hard to find!
@@WatchedWalker Maybe. But you cannot make the logos too easy to find. But the one I found this time: I had to see three times before I was sure it was a logo.
Wow Anne you have amazing eye sight! I missed every logo hahaha! 🤣🤣
I was born in London and now live near Fort Lauderdale in Florida. So glad to find this! I miss London.
but not the weather. Ha!
Very fancy part of town and rainy. Nice.
Wonderful, love my city! “A bad day in London is still better than a good day anywhere else.”
is that so? nice for u then
This was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful tour/walk. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you so much NP, much appreciated ❤️
This is 1 of my fav walks! I rewatch it many times. Ty! ♥ 🚶
Qué lindo paseo! Saludos desde Argentina
Thank you a ton for the captions providing location info. That's VERY helpful.
Also thanks a lot more tons for doing this in the first place!
I like a good rain walk when it’s on screen 😂
Hi. Thanks for the lovely London videos you do. It gives me a great insight in the comfort of an armchair the places in London to possibly to visit. I hope you wear wet weather gear when you film in the rain otherwise you would get rather soaked through.
My pleasure Annette, I did wear waterproof gear for this walk so didn't end up soaked by the end, unlike most times I film in the rain!
Thanks a lot for this walk video.
🌧️💙
Nice Walk
Nice walk
Merci beaucoup pour le partage...
Loved retracing my steps through Kensington. Thanks for the great views of Tower House and one of my favorite places on earth, Holland Park. I loved the grey heron wishing for a giant koi lunch in the Japanese Garden, which has a sister English Garden in the city of Kyoto. This was so fun. Can't wait to get back to the UK.
Thak you for this rainy walk 😊, the parks and gardens at the end were a joy to see. Living in Alberta Canada, I love seeing the evergreens and lush growth and feathered friends in January. I appreciate this so very much!
👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏perfect
Took the day off from work and the WW gives me a rain walk first in the morning 🥰
Wow Watched Walker. Another wet walk from you! And 1hr 45 mins too. Is this your longest video so far?
Anyhow, being Kensington, at least it's posh rain! Maybe in the form of mineral water, with droplets the shape of Range Rovers! Will take a look at this as soon as we can.
Even after Christmas you are really churning these out at quite a rate! You could say your videos really are the cats "mews". Just a little posh London "street humour" there. Stay safe and keep dry, though it may be too late for that last part! ☔
Thanks Ibrahim, this is one of my longer videos but not my longest, I did split this walk in half, so the next part is to follow! All the best.
@Falcom Scott Hope all is well with you Falcom. Mum and I just watched this while rainy video and are watching Part 2 which WW posted today.
@@WatchedWalker Mum and I have now viewed this entire video WW, as per my earlier Holland Park comments. We are now watching Part 2. You've certainly put in some seriously wet walking! Saw the edge of your umbrella a few times and heard the rain bouncing on it. Plus some seriously squelching footsteps. It's practically a January tradition with you!
Love your videos
Beautifully♥️
Would love to see more rainy days where you find places to hide from the rain
Stumbled upon this channel by accident and thinking. I love this. IDK how I found it, but thank you for going for the walk in the good ole rain. Instead of hollering "but it's throwin it down" Thank you for walking in the cold and wet :)
Спасибо за прекрасную прогулку. Люблю дождь и мокрый асфальт.Но как то грустно когда в январе нет снега, хотя бы на Новый год!☃
Thanks donnaflor27, we were lucky to get some snow before Christmas and perhaps we'll get more next month.
Thanks!
Col, and thank you!
Love your streams. Thank you for your hard work.
Keteeennn ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks
@winifredjones300 Thank you so much, that's really kind of you!
I did not see any WW Logos but I did see you do the umbrella rain music at 12 minutes. Beautiful walk thank you.
Thanks Maria, yes I couldn't resist! 😀
@@WatchedWalker Lovely to see you enjoying yourself.
Love it! I grew up in the UK and miss those grey rainy days.
love it
So very kind of you and so inspiring. I appreciate you.
Watched this again and saw 3 WW Logos, thank you.
Very similar to Esplanade area of Kolkata city of India. Once upon a time double decker buses were also plying here like your city. I enjoy your video very much. Thanks from Kolkata,India.
❤️
This is the moment I've been waiting for when I'm exhausted
Hello happy walker, and thanks a lot for this long walk.
I am happy to see this part of London again, but I also noticed bins all over the place along some streets you went through. I cannot remember London being in that state before. And another thing that kindda hit me … where are our good old London RED buses ? I did see a grey borismaster but it wasn’t red ? Jubilee line ? Special livery ? Same goes for the London black cabs … seems to have many other colours now as before their use to be just a few in other than black. What a change !! 😳 can’t hold back my deception but fortunately London will remain London unless they decide to knock down big ben and Westminster abbey. Lol
Great video. The Mews at 41:32 was featured in a Bros video for their song I Owe You Nothing.
I saw that at 1:23:16, LOLOL. Pretty awesome walk in the rain. Thank you.
Thanks CL, and very well spotted!
Miss my London town. I was brought up in Kensington and chelsea near Portobello Road Notting Hill. 🇬🇧
this was amazing, thank you! (would be great to read some street signs, I use google map to see the route as you walk, have been in London numerous times … somehow missed this gorgeous Fukushima Garden, and I see that the Design Museum moved)
Thanks Katalin, I try to show the street signs when I remember to, I also provide closed-captions with the street names.
😊
Grazie.
Thank you Andrea ❤️
Nice words fella..
Love your Watched Walker walks. Particularly the rainy walks. So relaxing. Bringing back memories of a stay my stay in London. I just don’t remember the stacks of plastic bags of rubbish piled up .. I remember NY has them. Was it always like that in London? Still can’t get enough of your beautiful walks. Where do you carry your camera/Go pro? You have such a smooth walk. ..glide. 🚶🏻♂️
@winifredjones300 The plastic bags are for houses or businesses that don't have room for an actual bin. I hand-hold the camera using a gimbal which gives the smooth walk. Thank you.
I love the London🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧.Also ı love your channel❤❤❤.Thanks from Türkiye,Malatya🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
New subscriber from The Great State of Texas and I enjoyed this so much! Thank you, WW 💛
Thank you Jan, and welcome to the channel 😀
My mum was brought up on one of the mews, Albert mews. They dray horses were stabled on the ground floor and the family on top. She said the outside was black, obviously because of the soot from coal and industry. The council ousted all the families one year, cleaned the houses up and painted them to sell. My mum was really sad about being evicted just so the council could sell her lovely mews childhood home. I recently looked at the prices of the homes in Albert mews and they were over a million pound each.
I think you filmed the same rain I did..My walk through Holland Park video looks just like this! lol
I would like to come back in the spring sometime to see the Dutch and Kyoto Gardens then. I bet they're stunning.
Great stuff as always, WW..LIKED 👍
Kırsal bölgelerden video bekliyorum, teşekkürler
I thought for a minute there that that huge duck was going to get you . :) NANCY
Nancy, yes I thought that too, I quickly made my escape!
What do you hold the camera with? Love the channel, really awesome!! Thanks!!
wigod, the camera has a built in gimbal, it's hand-held, see description for gear list.
Полное ощущение, что я в Новороссийске по Советов иду))
HI, and thank you! Are you ever near or on Kensington Gardens Square in this video? My hotel will be The London House Hotel?
@josephcollins6033 Try this one - czcams.com/video/4lHp49t7bv8/video.htmlsi=f6l439vhwQ-4ro59&t=2257
@@WatchedWalker Hi, Joey again. Did you receive your $? Thanks a million! Where does this start, what street right before you get on Duke of York, when you pass the Boss store?
@josephcollins6033 Yes, thanks for the tip, much appreciated. There a google map link in the video descriptions that'll show the route walked.
@@WatchedWalker Wonderful! Kensington area looks very nice. I want to spend lots of time in Soho. Also spending 4 days in Bath and a week in Devon. Now, you go to bed!
The street in the picture wasn’t in it?
Everybody who knows me is convinced I should be living in a Belgravia mews cottage. It's so unfair that I am not. It's the only place I truly believe I would be happy.
We all cack the same love 👌 Df
Can I ask what gimbal setting you use when walking please?
@user-wm4sq4sj3o tilt-lock or follow
Jesus Christ..
Blood rainy day!!
I want to be there studying ENGLISH
Very nice streets of London, but the garbage thrown in the street, here in Latin America we use garbage containers.
William has to do peace with his brother
Ah yes, Mulberry street or something. Jimmy Page's Tower House. THANK YOU
Can you walk there where celebs live? Please
Bet the streets are not that clean in Newham.
