There is certainly no shortage of facts to cover about Disney’s new hit series, The Owl House, as we follow Luz Noceda as she travels into the Demonic Realm, where she chooses to stay in order to learn how to become a witch. Now be warned, because there will be spoilers for all of season 1 and the first half of season 2. If you want to go in unspoiled, come back to watch this video after going through it, because it certainly has our stamp of approval. When Vee was still called "Creepy Luz" because she wasn't fully shown yet, she was voiced by Sarah Nicole-Roberts.

66 Luz being lactose intolerant is actually a well built trait on Luz's character since this tends to lead to lack of Calcium on the body and therefore some lack of a normal amount of strength, which is shown in the first episode where Luz complains of her weak nerd arms (I relate to this fact entirely lol)

For me I probably have a lack of calcium cause I despite milk, I'm not lactose intolerant it just.. tastes and feels weird in my mouth, that's why I prefer water, ginger ale and orange crush
@@northernstar7443 I'm pretty sure the importance of milk in a diet was fabricated by the dairy industry. Like, we shouldn't be drinking it in the first place, and there are much better places to get calcium anyways. So you're not missing out on much due to milk :p.
The LGBTQ+ representation in the owl house is one of the first times Ive seen a show get it perfect.
Its just there, Its never forced or overly focused on, Luz likes Amity and nobody mentions the fact they are both girls.
This show totally nails how to normalise something and its amazing

Honestly yeah it’s done pretty good and even though I’m straight, Lumity is actually a beautiful and adorable relationship, which made me enjoy Amity’s character a lot more than in the beginning of the series since it’s revealed that she wasn’t happy because of her parents making her be something of a “perfect girl” until Luz came to the demon realm and turned her life around for the better

@@Emiya491 In the book about the calamity that Andrias showed the plantars, Anne, and Marcy, there was a page that showed little images of the different worlds, and one of the worlds did bear a resemblance to the demon realm, with the color of the ocean and landmass, so that is a plausible theory.
i know i put in other places, but, has anyone ever thought that Owl House could make a great role-playing video game? a well cohesive plot, complex characters, a world to explore with their own personality, a whole system of magic that would allow a great display of strategy and visual effects.

I just found out how it got "canceled". I am a 23 year old boy, I had no particular reasons to feel represented in this work, but from the first episode I loved and respected it. Each episode brought me closer to the characters, their motivations, their fears and their love. My heart skipped a beat when I learned that the author's original plans cannot be fulfilled, it's a terrible thing in the art world. I know I cannot change things, and I know that there are decisions made at the top that will probably not be able to be changed, but if you are reading this comment, if you too, like me, have this story at heart and want to respect the intellectual will of the author , help me spread a message of love towards the series, just as Owl House has spread its message of love that perhaps has not been fully understood. Thanks Dana Terrace, your sadness at missing the chance to tell your story your way is the sadness of all of us.

108: Chinchillas are also demons that were banished to our wold because we see them listed on Hooty's chart in Knock knock knocking on hooty's door. Also Eda is probably in her 40's because she was cursed as a teen and has had it for 30 years.

It’s also missing several facts, like Gus being played by Isaac Ryan Brown, Remy being visible in Hunters Room, The Calamity Box being visible in Edas basement etc

Also the episode title "A Lying witch and a warden" is a play on "A lion, witch and a wardrobe" (AKA Narnia)
When mentioning the episode title references, I'm surprised they missed the first episode. A Lying Witch and a Warden is an obvious reference to The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, aka Narnia. Fitting since she steps into a magical dimension.

New Disney cartoons are actually pretty good and The Owl House is coming off very strong, it surprised me, just how cool it is. I'm a bit sad because it will be a very short show when you think about it... only 3 seasons and a total of 46 episodes, they're already at the middle of the story :(

I’m very glad the owl house does representation like this, where it’s neither met with negativity or over positivity by other characters. It’s just normalized like heterosexual relationships, with no need for a big, dramatic, “oh this character isn’t straight” thing, it just is. This is the best kind of representation as it normalizes these people.

The Lying Witch and the Waarden/ The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
I just wanted to put this out there because I loved the book and the fact that it fits so well for that episode was just pure delight for me.
Here are my thoughts.
1. Will Eda and Lilith find out about what Mr. and Mrs. Blight did to Luz, Willow and Gus and what they tried to do to Luz at their factory? And if so, will we see Eda and Lilith dish out a karmic punishment towards Mr. and Mrs. Blight? We all know that Eda doesn't like it when someone messes with Luz or if they try to hurt her. She'll go all mama bear on them.
2. Is it normal that I'm both in love with Eda but afraid of Eda at the same time? I really like her but I'm also afraid of her because of how beautiful she is. She's pure beauty and my heart will forever beat for her.

Coming from just a month and days from when Belos identity was revealed, Belos is not the brother of Phillip; In fact he is actually Phillip himself and he had killed his brother when he had chose to love a witch as it is revealed Phillip (Belos) is indeed a witch hunter! :)
During Number 103 in Hunters room, on the shelf, there is a Figurine of Remy from Big City Greens, I almost messed up and commented that it was Irwin from the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, but well they do look a lot alike right?

It always seemed to me that Eda was kind of inspired a bit by Ryoko from Tenchi Myuo. I don't know if that's true or has any merit, but there are similarities including appearance, behavior, and even voice to a degree.

In the first episode, you can see the sword Storm Ruler from Dark Souls 3 as soon as Luz enters the house, among plenty of others Dark Souls references throughout the show. Also, in the pile of plushies that forms King's bed you can the first angel from EVA and Pio from Yu Yu Hakusho
