Will work on USDM 240sx analog and S13 jdm digital climate controlled equipped 240sx, Silvia s13, 180sx
Things to check for, incase the motors are not the problem:
Blower motor fuses.
A/C fuse.
Wiring incase you did S13 DCC swap.
Analog a/c control unit connections/wiring

What parts do you need to get the DCC to work with the USDM 240SX? every writeup I see says something different. Thank you for your response.

Also parts you will need: s13/180sx Jdm dcc unit with harness, sun load sensor, blend door motor, jdm air box metallic sensor cant remember the name for it but has fins on it, air cabin sensor with plastic tube, exterior temp sensor and that should be it

YT randomly brought me back here. If anyone needs to replace their blend door actuators and can't find them by searching for S13s, the same year Stanza, 90s Quests, and (I think, haven't confirmed) the WD21 all use the same one also.
Oh, you might have to swap the mounting plate thing, but they plug right in and work like normal.

@@EternalTrendsNeverEnd oh yeah for sure. and I test fit the Stanza and Quest actuators on my S13. So confirmed they plug and play.
can i just manually open it and leave it in that position? i just need it blowing to the front and on my feet. stuck in the defroster mode is jst too annoying
You would have too remove the motor or unplug it after forcing it close or open. If its plugged in when you start the car it will get power and retract again and then you will be back to square one
Should I have the blend door motor jdm with its pigtail or can I use the usdm pigtail?
The dcc jdm blend motor and plug are made specifically for each other. The usdm does not work or fit into it
@@EternalTrendsNeverEnd I can get the jdm blend motor, but the connector is almost impossible to get, you know if I can use one of the maxima 277412Y960, only the connector with the jdm blend motor 180sx?
@@JR-bv2yc honestly I have not tried but if it fits it should work but will require rewiring to make all sensors work properly. If you can get the plug to work please comment back so we can share the knowledge.
mines stuck on blowing at face mode only.just happened today
The gear inside the servo is ceased. Just repair it.
Chantra Seng that is true. After opening the bad motor I found they are all made of plastic and for my motor the gear that's moves everything was ceased like you mentioned. My problem was when I was trying to separate the gears to clean them and modify the main gear I broke it so currently looking for another one to work on and I can continue my video for the repair
After separating the gears, use 3.50mm drill bit to drill the center of the gears to extend the hole. Use all purpose grease to lube the shaft. Reassemble the gears and it should work. Mine was successful.
