      You can do this asana even twice. What is more important is that either you do once or twice, you should feel comfortable. Just as a precaution, don't overdo it.
      Will practice, you will enjoy the pose.
      Yes, you can practice Sirshasana and Sarvangasana on the same day.
      Thank you Damodar ji for watching our videos.

    I have a question. While coming out of Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), My lower thoraci or Lumbar doesn't like something and I have to abruptly come down on floor instead of coming our of the posture slowly. What's wrong in my spine or how can I practice to come out of the posture slowly?

    • @SiddhiYogaInter
      @SiddhiYogaInter  Před 3 dny

      You have to train your mind for this that I have to come back slowly.
      Secondly, you should increase the strength of your arms so that you can stop yourself from falling too quickly with the help of your arms

    I had neck pain after doing this Asana for 3days. What to do.i am normal person no bad habits. All yoga teachers and yoga website's saying this is the queen Asana (sarvangasana) and this Asana needs only 5 minutes to give total body benefits so that only I want to learn it but it gives neck pain for me.

    • @sandeepsolanki7868
      @sandeepsolanki7868 Před 4 lety +2

      Namaste Arun Sathya ji.
      Sarvangasana falls into the category of intermediate to advanced asana.
      Are you a beginner?
      If yes then stop this practice. You should practice beginners Asanas first.
      With the practice, the neck will become stronger, which will help us to get into the difficult asana like Sarvangasana also.
      Always move from simple to complex asana to be Safe and avoid Injury.
      Take care of yourself and practice under some experts guidelines.

      @sandeepsolanki7868 Před 4 lety +2

      Namaste Pritesh Mishra ji.
      Usually it should not happen. I believe that you don't have any health issues. In case if it happens again, consult an Doctor. Few things to keep in mind when you practice again.
      In this practice, there is pressure on the neck and face region. Lot to time people tend to hold the breath. Make sure that you adjust your neck and make yourself comfortable, allowing the breath to move freely.
      Take care of yourself.

    • @Yagamilight19383

      Namaste Sandeep Ji, I found out when the spine is fully stretched, the body becomes perpendicular to the ground, then I don't feel this puffiness, it becomes relaxed.

    • @SiddhiYogaInter
      @SiddhiYogaInter  Před rokem +1

      If someone is beginner or over weighted then try just reaching to the pose and stay for sec. And immediately come back practice for couple of days or week Then you can improve your timing for stay in this posture. And practitioner will improve the time limit in this asana 2 to 3 Minutes and go up to 5 min.

    • @sandeepsolanki7868
      @sandeepsolanki7868 Před 4 lety +1

      Namaste Aman Kayath ji.
      Usually in the morning and evening when the stomach is empty, we should practice Yoga Asanas and Pranayam.
      Initially you should hold the Asana from 10 to 15 seconds or may be 3 breaths. With practice, you can increase the duration of holding the posture. What is more important is that you should feel comfortable while holding the posture.
