    Thanks.💜 But it's not a follow along video. Sometimes you do the excercises to follow along and sometimes not. I also have to always look on the screen to read the advice. I think it's more a video to watch and then write down what is useful.

    Namaste Ritesh Ji, Excellent teaching of the various modifications of Makara Adho Mukha Svanasana. I liked that you provided props for the forehead for people with neck issues or weight issues. I also liked the extra benefit of increased bone density as we age. Thanks so much for this video.     I have a question. While coming out of Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), My lower thoraci or Lumbar doesn't like something and I have to abruptly come down on floor instead of coming our of the posture slowly. What's wrong in my spine or how can I practice to come out of the posture slowly?

      You have to train your mind for this that I have to come back slowly. Secondly, you should increase the strength of your arms so that you can stop yourself from falling too quickly with the help of your arms

      If your hand cannot reach the ankle, then you can hold it by tying it to the ankle with the help of some cloth or yoga belt.
