If you're mentioning AF and then claiming to want a cinema setup, you don't know what you need.
Sony cine cameras have AF. Try again. So does the C70 and C400. try again.
This is why I've always loved m43. It usually always has more features than FF because many want FF just because it's FF. MFT can struggle with indoor sports or wildlife photography in dim lighting. Which requires a massive lens to take advantage of the FF sensor. But in 90% of cases it does more than well enough and certainly a more versatile format when it comes to a Hybrid photo/video Cam.
People have been making incredible stuff with Super35 & M43 for a long time. Wanting only FF to do a project is just an excuse at this point.
@@OnlyCitrus Yeah for video it's never really been an issue. Used to be an issue with photos but 4/3 sensor is probably as good as early FF sensors at this point. Also the AI noise removal programs are shockingly good making it almost a non-issue these days except for really extreme situations.
M43 is dead. The Gh6 and GH7 doesn't have the dynamic range to be a top of the line camera but you and other Lumix 4/3 fanboys think the Gh6 and GH7 produces the same dynamic range as FF cameras and they don't. Why do you think they promote as a feature spec camera. The Z6 III just cam out for $2500 and it has all the features as the GH7 and it's FF.
If you want to try an interesting setup, try the GH7 with its open gate recording and use a 2x anamorphic lens. The result is a 8:3 sensor format.
How do you do slowmo in open gate, it's really not that useful to me, because of this.
I do like this channel, but I’m getting the feeling that it’s more based on negativity(maybe to get more views)..a lot of personal opinions and fan-based perspectives (it’s like asking a Nikon user about a new Canon camera..I can already guess the reaction). Really no disrespect, just hope it’s getting more objective again because the concept of this channel is so nice and refreshing. Keep it up!
"You can't find 4k 120 in a sub $4k camera" The a6700, FX 30,3 and ZV-e1 all be like wut? Two of these are full frame and the other two are sub $2k. Come on guys.
They are sub 2K cz they are not full frame. z6III does 6k 60p full frame RAW and 4K 120p APSC crop with fast read out under $3000
@@jakilahmoulien9070 Well of course. That's exactly my point. They were trying to make a case for the GH7 doing 4k 120 at that price point because it was M4/3 but all these cameras do 4K 120 with bigger sensors with two being way cheaper. The Z6 III at only $300 more is instantly a better deal.
@@hotfootrabbit ya and u have to add about $1380 to have 4k120p no crop (A7SIII/FX3). People still don't understand that
@@hotfootrabbit We need to wait for the results of actual testing on the Z6iii. The E1 and A7S3 are actually 48mpx cameras binning pixels (nothing wrong with that) but the 4k120p is not, as far as I can tell, so it is quite soft compared to the 4k120p of the lumix, where the compromise is the lack of DR boost.
Get the gh7 with the 1.7 native zooms
So if you just don’t like MFT no matter what they do you will never never be happy with anything the do.The S5 line is the entry level full frame and the GH line is the top of the line MFT. It can do 4k 120 easy because it has a built in fan.

No not the same dynamic range as the C400. That has to be obvious right? Image matters.
