I use the old school hack of hanging a duvet behind me which kills reflections from the back wall, and I rely on the cardioid pattern of the mic to reject the reflections from the front wall. Cheap as chips and, when I sling a rug over it as well, it works nicely as a backdrop for my videos. Works pretty well.
