You can't go wrong with a Røde microphone. I have bought two and they are absolutely wonderful.

I was a bit anxious to see this come out just now, as I bought my new mic yesterday - but luckily I haven't missed the mark with it
I use an SE electronics V7. Dynamic mic, xlr to audio interface. It was around $100. It’s often really noisy outside my house, with dogs barking, traffic and music (I live in Mexico)… and it is really good at only picking up my voice and not too much background noise.

I have five of these mics (although I have the original version of the Rode Micro not the II). I still haven't used my Samson. AT2020+ USB is the one I use the most. I've had it for 8 years and I still reach for it all the time. I love it so much I bought the XLR version to go with my Rodecaster. The others I have are the PodMic and the VideoMic GO

I bought the DJI kit and its anazing. The single Tx is great and connects via bluetooth to things like the DJI Osmo Action 4, but with the other stuff you can connect to your phone or any other camera.

Are these USB mics also usable on an iPad Pro?
I have a razor seiren mini and it records at very low volume.
I search for a USB mic that can record with more volume or has a dial for that.
Is there a good waterproof microphone out there. I’m starting to livestream from airports and would love something that I could leave exposed, no matter what the weather

I use a Samson Q9U with XLR into a Wavelink. The mic was on sale at 99 and can be used with usb. It’s a gorgeous sounding mic

Well, I didn't expect a Comica Boom X-D2 to be mentioned in this vid at 14:24.
It's quite a budget friendly "broadcast" quality wireless mic, I'd use it with my Sony camcorder.
It sounds great and like with other wireless mics "on set" this can be clipped and on a go anywhere.
It comes with supplied accessories in the box, Which is a good thing.
I don't have to buy a separate lav mics or units, They are all just give in the box.
And I'd also use it to scream at the "built-in mics" for no reason. xD
And I don't know why but that was when I wasn't recording a CZcams video.
We like the Comica system for the price point, especially on sale. If it gets up to the $200 price range, there are some better options.
I use Samson Q9U but i experience some clicks in my audio what could be the problem?
sooo i just need a mic to do commentary either over pre-prerecorded stuff or in a live recording while sitting at the desk. i dont have any audio equipment or cameras, just a macbook pro and pc. which one would be best for that?
We would recommend the AT2020 USB+ or the Samson Q2U!
The Sennheiser Mke 200 looks great but the low end is not present and the mic sounds ‘tinny’. You can correct that with a low end eq bump but it adds extra work.
Great insight. We feel like it lacks the low end as well, but still sounds solid for the price!
I just got a DJI pocket 3 for concerts and I think the DJI mic 2 can’t handle the bass of the speakers any suggestions to fix this or which microphone I should use ? Thank you
I did use the DJI mic 2 and it was bad
Don’t get the Rode VideoMicro II if you plan on shooting outside. With any wind it does terrible and has a weird popping/clipping issue (even with the dead cat on it)
How about wireless lapell mics?

You CANNOT enable 32-bit float on DJI Mic 2 without the receiver or a compatible action camera. Just a heads up before anyone buys it with the expectation of that ability.
the problem with xlr mic is that you can't record the audio without audio interface which is much expensive for youtube beginners.
True, which is why there are a lot of great USB and 3.5mm options on this list as well!
The RodePod mic cannot be connected to computer directly?
Not with the original PodMic. It only works with an XLR interface. They do have a PodMic USB version, but it is $200, not $100.
