Yes, I did it. And this has happened because of YOU. There was a plan to purchase digital mixer with nice software. (Un)fortunately I have found your youtube spots about gigcaster. Afer 3 months of using GCS8 I must say .... thank you. Why? I have save money (no extra cables, external effects etc.) and the ability to work standalone is funtastic! I can record performance at once with no computer. But.....this had not have happened without - YOU. Thanks again.

I was gifted an APC40 MK2 a couple years ago by a hacker/DJ I deeply respect and admire. I just discovered loopy pro after buying an ipad pro for the USB C. I'm so happy to discover they work together!!! Thanks so much for this guide and all your tutorials. Am looking forward to hearing much more of your voice, just past the 10min mark, haha, and just as I type that, you do the effect with your voice, brilliant. Keep up the good work.

Hi and sorry for the rather dumb question ! Can i first record with no effects onto the miCROSD and then play it back and then insert the effects? I don't want to commit myself to printing the effect so would rather try the various effects on the dry recording. I would use the effects from the Gigcaster rather than daw effects. Also is there a way of without a daw doing the same ie play back the microsd dry recording and add the gigcaster effects without the use of a daw. I do have a DAW so can use that in conjunction as long as I can get to try out different effects from the gigcaster. Hey bro, I love your videos however I’ve come into an issue. I got an audio interface the vault two and you say that Loopy Pro will know that it’s hooked up automatically but mine isn’t. I have everything hooked up, but it’s still inputting from the iPhone.

Is anyone using both together? I have a wonderful Apogee audio interface, but I like the idea of having Behringer mixers so I can split the signal for monitoring purposes.

It has to be destroyed. Because the signal from the GSP is in Stereo. I need to be able to pan the left channel all the way left and the far right far right. Then I check that with Tom Scholz. Because less will not work against Shinigami.

I want to start learning to actually play a bit of "proper" piano and was thinking of buying the 61 key version of this. Do you think it's suitable for that purpose, or recommend something else? Riddle me this. What if I buy a mackie onyx 12 or 16 channel mixer but want to use it with a motu 828 interface, is that possible? Dumb? Overkill? Have a downside? Also, how do I incorporate a dj controller with all this? Way back when I had my mackie 1642 board with a digi 002. I connected my dj mixer, turntables, sp1200, etc via the mackie while using the digi002 and pro tools. Is it the same concept if use a mackie board with the interface but just skip using the interface side of things on the mackie? Hope that makes sense

What hardware do you recommend if I want to use the MPC Mini Play Keyboards onboard sounds and have loopy pro record them into my project? Previously I tried the iRig Pro I/O and had success for a while but may be confused on which cables are needed.

I have a DistroKid account, a music publication account. When I post there, the recording does get shared at many, many mainstream sites. It works well. However, the fee in never ending, which means when you cancel, the publication also disappears forever …! -- In contrast, I used CDBaby back in the day. The CDs i published there (one in 2006. One in 2014) had a fee for each CD published. --> $45. Steep, right? The thing I like, though, is…. I never pay again. Those publications are forever…. Yay me…

Can i set up rc 600 to play all my tracks in one mode? Maybe assign 6 pedals to record and stop in one mode. Then again in second mode assign those six pedals to play and stop? Any relevent videos?

Just received one of these and I cannot get it to update firmware. I followed the instructions to the letter (using a Mac Studio) and the UpdSMF process appeared to run, and reached 100% and said completed, but the lights on the FS-1-WL did not behave as expected, and after restarting and checking the version in the app, it has not changed. Any suggestions? UPDATE: I just tried on a Windows machine, and it worked like a charm. That's a first for me, having something that a Mac struggles with and Window has no issue. Either way, I'll leave this comment unless anyone else encounters issues.
