1. Grains
2. Protein (meat or other vegan options)
3. Dairy (cooked food not raw food to prevent infection. Fruits pick thicked skin fruits)
4. Avoid milk but can eat cheese
5. Fruits and vegetables (variety of colours)
6. Eat easy to digest foods to prevent gastritis
7. Plenty of liquid (water/coconut) flush out cancer cells
8. Do not eat leftovers or restaurant foods always eat homemade and freshly made food
9. Do not over add salt sugar spices or oils

Thanks dr, sb for presenting a very good and informative video for C patients in regards to their healthy diet. May ask you sir why you advice to avoid milk though milk is considered as good food. May I know the reason, my family member is Cstomach patient, I give milk with protein powder, at 7oclock, 9.30oatwith milk, 11.30fruit juice, in lunchtime mix vegwith chapati, 3pm butter milk, 5pmpapita juice, dinner is followed by vegetables plus dal and misci roti. What to add more sir

Prominent cyst were there on both side of neck, beneath armpits and thighs. At nights,I used to have excessive perspiration. Lack of sleep and appetite were growing day by day.

But i researched a lot and found that, the less glucose contained food you take, the better it is for eg rice, potato, banana, sweet things, milk etc... Because tumor feeds on glucose and multiplies.

Hi Dr I am on tamoxifen and been told not to have vitamin c tamric because it intracs with tamoxifen but I surched up and vitamin c and tamric is good if you have cancer
