If rt feed in nose then is food or water can be given by mouth or only from rt feed?
If not then what will happen if given orally as patient is consious?
Ryles tube is inserted when in most cases of cancer- either patient is not able to swallow OR eating by mouth may lead to food or water depositing in wounds/ entering wind pipe (trachea). In cases where it is temporary, patient can start eating orally after symptoms resolve. Hence, to avoid taking any risk, kindly consult your doctor before feeding the patient by mouth.

Yes. Clean, well cooked, properly filtered, low in spices and in quantities tolerated by the patient.

Mam unko 2-3 baar axila me pain hua h dono side right aur left jabki unko desease sirf right side h
Mam aisa kyu hua h legt side me kya mam usme cancer h ya normally ho raha h
Aur ye pain sirf dignosis hua h tabhi hua usse phle kabhi nahi hua h
Aur chemo se sirf right side tumor chota hua h left side me koi asar nahi h

Feeding directly into the jejunum should be slowly by continuous infusion. Diet contents can remain more or less the same but in addition, different supplements will be required. Do consult a dietician for specifications as per your patient and to avoid side effects of feeding via PEJ/NJT/GJ tube.

Pineapple juice can be given. Kindly see your oncologist for other methods for feeding patient if she cannot do oral intake. Ryles tube feeding is one option as shown in the video.

Aap sabjiyo ke soups aur daal chawal ko blend karke, paani milake aur chhan ke le sakte hai jisse tube me na atake. Video me khane ke bahut se option bataye hai.
