@@thatmotivatedchristianorop6749 That was the original final fight. Barbossa would sail the Revenge and with the pearl. The revenge sinks, but takes the mary down with it

Oh wow, what a cool and unique thing for Barbossa to get! He finally has his own legendary pirate vessel and now a magic sword that controls it to boot. I'm sure that both of these thing will play large and important roles in the next film! 😑
Yeah the fifth is shit. It creates so many problems and issues. I mean I like the arc with the daughter but the compass was screwed up, why is Davy Jones back? Cos of curses? Hello Tia Dalma literal sea goddess could over turn that too and then get another captain..it's dumb as hell.
Barbossa kills Blackbeard and now the crew laughs. Blackbeard used his men as slaves and hostages, the zombies are his crew. So no wonder they hated/feared Blackbeard, while Barbossa is the most respected, as he plays a typical pirate captain.
The majority of Blackbeard's crew were tricked into joining him (such as the people in London who were told they'd be sailing with Jack Sparrow, who was actually Angelica in disguise) only to then get treated like crap. You can tell how the crew served Blackbeard only out of fear, not loyalty, by how easily Jack stirs up a mutiny and how quick the crew are to accept Barbossa as their new leader.
Barbosa: *shows that he doesn’t need the crew to do things on the ship because he has the magic sword that does it* Also Barbosa: *puts sword away* “GET BACK TO WORK!”

So why they didn't at least have Will join them at the very end against him makes no sense whatsoever.
