Yeah liquid nitrogen is okay to eat. Dragon cookies used to be a huge thing in indo, its where they dip cookies in liquid nitrogen and then you immediately eat it. They call it dragon because you'll blow out smoke out of your mouth when you eat it! Its a fun food to eat overall
