I’ve always found a that working out after work around 5pm with my normal workout intensity was best for me with a great balanced high protein meal ready for iftar
But does dehydration effects you and your general performance alot?
Because im trying to go before Iftar.
drink a litre of water before fajr with electrolytes and a litre of water after Magrib with electrolytes. I never feel dehydrated or thirsty@@alphafire63s79
@@alphafire63s79 having electrolytes during sehri/suhoor will help a lot with hydration, i started having pink salt before drinking water and I stay hydrated

Use protein powder and healthy fats in ur short meals. Like add nutbutter, or 2 tablespoons of olive oil in ur shake to add extra calories
i am same as you but im still young,what i do is just eat healthy fats and proteins and try to eat maintanance calories but if you dont wanna wait for ramadan to end try eating calorie surplus of 300 above maintanance calories
