The tire talk was almost certainly taken from a race not from quali. Drivers in quali don't need to be told to use all the tires during a push lap. Almost all the radio messages are probably not from the incident. It's just drama to get a reaction like your comment.
Everyone on the grid gets pressured to push and go faster, including kevin. the only difference is who crashes and who doesn't, and at one point Kevin was on pole and Mick was 20th, Get a grip and stop coddling. this is F1, not a training school, if he was in a redbull he would have been thrown out of the team in the first 3 races itself.

I don't know as much about Mick as other people, but Gunther did not show one piece of sympathy. He was immediately worried about the car and how much it would cost; it was sick to watch. Gene wasn't even an inch better. With how Mick responded he probably lost consciousness because he didn't know what happened, and the crew were told and knew the tyres were giving way but still told him to push and still insulted him multiple times for not being up there with Kevin.
