Unfortunately, every manufacturer have different wiring schematics, so there is no universal testing procedure here. I only have access to Gio and Rosso products , so I can show only on those samples ...

Hi my throttle light stays on when i turn the ignition off when ignition turned on i have green amber and red light on cause the battery fully charge but when ignition turned off the red light stays on
My motor turns on full rpm as soon as I turn switch on. My throttle is not working? I just bought 24v speed controller with 3 wire non key throttle. What did I do wrong?
Why does it go in reverse not forward? I do not have a forward/reverse switch installed. Also why is the throttle led voltage indicator on but the key is off. Thanks in advance
If you dont have forward gear, but reverse only, then you have wire fell off on F/N/R switch, or defective switch. On your second question, you can turn off power with you remote fob by pressing Unlock button. I have video about that too

Hello my friend, in advance, thank you for your very useful video. And secondly I wanted to ask you an advice about a problem I have with a scooter with a 36v 1000 motor. Everything works perfectly but after about 1 km it loses its power completely until it almost stops. I check batteries and they are fine. After 30 minutes the same operation starts with force and after 1km it stops. Do you have any idea what could happen? Tank.

Just waiting on a new gear switch coming now u know what cables are what hopefully ill get the quad working
You can always request from Rosso sales team or tech to send you pictures how F/N/R switch is wired

Couple questions,
Do you have to hook up the 2 black, orange and yellow wires that are all in one in the wire sleeve??
If you wabt to have 3 different speed setting , then yes. If you will not hook it up, then you will have only 1 Med speed

In order to have 2 speeds on model T, you need to buy a special 2 speed controller and accelerator handle from Rosso website
What about the safety pedal where du u plug it in
Mine has a pedal that u have to push so u can use the quad

the controller should be a 36v 800w controller. Instant full throttle would indicate a defective controller.

Disconnect your brake handles and see if it will happen again
