@@You-can-fix-it sorry one more question: since the power supply and the module are wired through the tail light if it is broken do you think it could cause a fault in the power? I am trying to power mine up w new batteries and get power at throttle screen (lights up), alarm, and lots of voltage at indicator connection left over but lights, horn, motor are not responding. My tail light is broken I am wondering if that can be it.

Let me rephrase the question. I know the motor works because if I put 48v direct to it it spins. What is the best way to diagnose what’s wrong if the throttle js not getting signal/power from battery. I get 48v at indicator plug. Where else can I check for power to locate the cause. I am beginning to think controller. They also seemed to have installed a cigarette lighter.

If one of the batteries have bad inner cell ( there are 6 internal cells in each battery), than original atv charger will detect bad inner cell and it will NOT start charging until it will be replaced . So in order to know which one battery is defective , you can try to recharge each battery individually with a regular car 12v charger and should detect exactly which battery is defective, so it will not start charging it either that particular battery and you know that is the one that need to be replaced . Some car battery chargers have recondition mode, so it can revive/repair any battery that was either low on charge or even repair slightly defective defective

@@You-can-fix-it ok thank you for your response. I just ordered 4 new batteries So as long as all four batteries are new/working well it should charge them all right? I can check them individually every few months with my multimeter..

@jessicaflynn7481 The only advise I have is to remove wiper motor and do some inspection. I bealive there was a bad batch on some of those wiper motors

@jessicaflynn7481 Bad batch of parts are always present and in every industry, including high end brands vehicles. Too bad that customers are the ones that discover it first, instead of factories

@Classified_Pers0n_ No, it is impossible, as this one has 2 individual gear motors on each axle .... Plus, it is all mainly plastic construction, I don't see reason of investing more serious parts and money in something like that

@godbody5993 my advice is to verify if motor is locked up, which means seized up , than you need to replace it .

@@godbody5993 Wheel must spin, not very freely to spin as there will be some resistance , but must spin. Unless brake caliper is holding brake disc , so release brake lever to verify that it was not the problem there ( maybe brake caliper need to be adjusted if it is locked up?, i have a brake adjustment video if needed ) You can also remove rear brake caliper and see if wheel will spin

Hi, i will be speaking only about Gio products here . So on ALL Gio scooters , main power breaker switch MUST be ON when you are charging your scooter , otherwise if main breaker switch is OFF, than you will NOT be able to pass power from charger to the batteries and batteries will NOT receive charge ... That main power breaker switch is installed primary for 3 purposes : #1 If there is a short in electrical system , than switch will flip OFF automatically to prevent other components to get burned . # 2 That switch is installed to disconnect power when you are away from the scooter for long period of time , gone for vacation, e.t.c #3 That switch is used for disconnecting power when you working on replacing some components

@ashkillerxd4801 yes, as long as it is fit to that compartment, same Voltage and Amperage as original batteries, plus you will have to get dedicated Lithium charger for those upgraded batteries

@apple369 just buy yourself a heavy duty security cable lock, thick one and bright color ( or paint it), and tie it through the wheel to the post , or at least through the wheel, and nobody will be messing with it if they see it

@martinrkrs Actually it would have to be very worn and wobbly bearing to do that... Ussually vibration because of unbalanced wheel or could be because of worn out drive axle ( if yours is 4 matic) . Front struts bearings will do similar symptoms

Пока все работает как задумано изготовителем. У заглушки тоже есть свои недостатки : после поднятия давления с 1.5 bar на 5 , могут потечь многие прокладки и сальники которые раньше не текли под малым давлением....

Tetris will be your better option for public transport, as it has smaller turning radius and electric brakes. But Titan is better option for long and more comfortable run.

The transit system works off measurements for the space. What is the distance from center hub to center hub you don't give specific in your video.

That bearing must be changed every 100K no matter what. Most likely it is your bearing making noise and my bearing had minimal wear play when I removed, but after I changed it my noise was gone.

IF you are going to turn to the wrong direction, you will know, as parking shoes will NOT lock disc...

If you have new all 4 batteries and working charger, then eventually ( after max 8-10 hours) Red light must switch to Green fully charged mode. But if it stay Red and never turns to Green, that means one of the batteries is defective and accept charged indefinitely and charger don't know that, so it continues to pump energy and it might overcharge the rest of the batteries and they all get swollen and obviously will need to be replaced. In some cases, Red light will never switch to Green when there is a it problem with a charger itself, especially if it is aftermarket charger.. so try original Gio intelligent charger ( unless that is the one that you have , than test all 4 batteries with a special battery anylizer)

It is some kind of a random clamp I got it from Ebay and I showed part # in the video. But in reality, later on I found out that there is a special axle puller tool set instead of hammering it back ad it cost like 50$ on Ebay , so you should get it instead of that type of a clamp and hammering... Next week I will be replacing rear bearing and I will be using that dedicated axle pulling set that I purchased for myself, as I dont want to hammer it again

Да, весь тосол пойдет в обратку все равно , просто дольше чем через главный большой патрубок. Цыркуляцыя ганяет тосол постоянно через абсолютно все патрубки и через разшырытельниый бачок. Да через тройник на трубку в печку

Unfortunately there is no dedicated basket for the front of this Gio Titan Premium, I think it is possible to adopt one,but I dont have a video about that, as nobody ever asked me for that yet...

Thank you for your reply. How would one go about putting a basket on the front? Is there a way to connect with you directly? I'm in Canada. Also I'd like a bigger distance can I put lithium batteries and flat-free tires on my scooter?

@bestdog7 Unfortunately there is no available basket for this model from the manufacturer, unless you can find something aftermarket that will be more or less compatible. Most likely, you still be doing some bracket modifications

Thanks I'll look for an aftermarket basket. Can you get a longer distance by putting in lithium batteries or do you suggest that? I'd like more distance. What do you suggest? Also I'm worried about flat tires are there no flat tires for this Gio titan? Thanks love all your videos

@bestdog7 Those rubber tires re pretty durable, and I have seen maybe 5 flat tires in my 10 year experience. Scooter will do distance of 20-25 miles on a single charge, which I think very fair for so such cheap and safe lead acid batteries . There is no safe Lithium batteries that I know, except Lifepo4, if you can afford it. Stay safe

Sorry for the late reply . Yes it is possible. Simply disconnect main power breaker switch or disconnect wire from the battery terminal for 10 -15 min, so that main controller will loose energy and memory, and when you reconnect power , it will be factory default setting again

You can do continuity test, as shown on one of my other videos , or you can bypass F/N/R switch and connect Bleu and Yellow wires from the controller directly to Red and Black wired on the motor to see if motor will spin. And if it is, than you know that gear switch is not passing power and need to be replaced
