Yeah Punisher has had Spider-Man at his mercy multiple times over the decades, while pulling his shots. He’s told Spider-Man before that he doesn’t wanna to hurt him, he’s just been in his way. Even Daredevil told Spider-Man once that Punisher would beat, terrorize, or cripple someone but won’t kill them if they’re innocent (that includes good heroes like Daredevil, Captain America, Spider-Man, etc)
If Frank stops pulling his shots & actually puts his attention on killing Spider-Man, then Spidey is in trouble whether he’s killing or not
Remember when Spiderman beat Firelord aka one of Galactus's Heralds. What if a bloodlusted Spiderman after beating him then decided to kidnap him to take away his Power Cosmic to make things easier for himself?
Spiderman would basically be like The Iron God or Doctor Doom when he stole Silver Surfer's Power Cosmic.
