I'd love to see an animation explaining how beer taps work. I recently married, and the new father-in-law brews his own beer. I happened to have an old keg fridge with taps set up. So to build some good will, I gave it to him. He's got it running, but has trouble getting consistent pours. Sometimes over foamy, other times no pressure. He's asked me about it, and I was an embarassed to admit I had no idea what the issue was.
