Bonnie has also performed internationally with orchestras, including the Vanderbilt University Orchestra as a guest alumna on their 2007 tour of China, and with the MYSO as concertmaster and soloist - namely performing the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto at the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing, China. Also an operatic soprano, Bonnie has been the recipient of numerous vocal awards throughout the South and New York City, including a prestigious Gerda Lissner Foundation award. She has participated and performed in several young artist opera programs, including Palm Beach Opera and the Aspen Opera Theatre Center.
