OEM is better but MDX lower parts kits have worked good for me on a few builds. One thing that will help your p80 to run smooth is to polish the rails and all the internal metal parts. If you do and your p80 was milled right, it shouldn't need to be broke in
Buffalo bore the shit. I wouldnt recommend it through oem barrels. The pressure rating is to high for it. You right! Sometimes it will blow the barrel and slide apart

The kkm can stand reloads ammo and hardcast is lead u can’t shoot out of the oem barrel it will probably explode your frame if not for that kkm

It’s not an extractor, it’s a loaded chamber indicator. When you put one in the head it should pop out
It’s both, the extractor hook when it latches on to the rim of a round it pushes out and shows that there’s a round in there
