Breathe was a grower for me. I think it could’ve qualified if the staging was better

1- Lithuania (Never cheered for a country like I did for Lithuania last year and when they announced Iceland all my hopes were lost but then they announced Lithuania and I was just screaming my lungs out of happiness)
2- Serbia
3- Netherlands (Love at 1st listen but Serbia and Lithuania grew a lot on me to pass them)
4- Sweden (Used to be Cyprus but those live vocals made me rank it 16th)
5- Czech Republic (love a 1st listen, never skip this song)
6- Greece (Always in my top 15 since 2018, Σας αγαπώ Ελλάδα)
7- France (France is easily becoming one of my favourite countries in ESC, with 3 tops 10 in a row, being 2 of those a 1st and a 2nd place)
8-Ukraine (Alina Pash would be my 1st though)
9- Portugal (Proud of my country)
10- Australia
11- Estonia (ik I said top 10 but Estonia is incredibly close to Australia)
As a Portuguese, Australia takes my top 1, followed by Portugal at top 2, besides these two, I like hold me closer and that's how my top 3 ends. I don't really know what's the positon of the rest of the songs tbh

I still absolutely love all of my top 8, and there are some other good songs, but actually a lot of songs became unlistenable for me (especially songs like Die Together, Give That Wolf a Banana or Sekret, which aged like milk for me).
Is this another inverted list? 5 of my top 6 from 2022 are in your bottom 5! Couldn't believe it last year when Croatia and Ireland didn't qualify for the final.

Buenas! Voy a dar mi opinión totalmente irrelevante de algunas canciones del año pasado.
Letonia: Me alegro que sea la última, prefiero mil veces Croacia de este año que esta canción. Lo único "salvable" es el solo de saxofón, aunque ya hubo un "Epic Sax Guy".
Italia: La tengo muy arriba por temas sentimentales. En estudio es preciosa, pero en directo se desinfló bastante. Creo que llegaron a la sexta posición por ser Italia, es otro país y bottom 5.
Finlandia: mira que mi país favorito por todo es Finlandia, que amo las bandas heavy metal, hard rock de allí (Nightwish y Amorphis son mis dos bandas favoritas) Pero es que The Rasmus...meh! No digo que no sea un buen grupo de música y que no tenga temazos. Pero prefiero a HIM. Yo tenía una amiga que no le gustaba el festival y solo vio esta actuación porque le gustaba el grupo. Para eso te pones la actuación colgada en CZcams y ya está. Porque después criticó todo el programa.
Austria: Es un temazo pero fue el directo que la sentenció. Porque Chequia, que podríamos decir que son parecidas, logró pasar porque tuvo mejor directo en su semifinal.
Estonia: A mí me gusta. Tanto que criticaron a Heroes (Suecia 2015) por ser plagio de David Guetta, pues esta canción me recuerda más a David Guetta. Lo único que no me gustó fue que pasaba el micrófono al público demasiado, quiero decir, que cante un poco más.
Portugal: a veces me pongo esta canción para meditar, es que me encanta. Yo fui de las de primera escucha que pensaba "¿Sudada? ¿Qué es tanto sudor?" Cómo comprenderás mi portugués es nivel menos 50. xD
Albania: Ay, mi Ronela de mi corazón. Estropeó la canción con la puesta en escena, para mí fue brillante en su preselección, aunque no pudiese llevar a 40 bailarines. Yo creo que si la hubiese dejado como estaba, hubiera ido mejor.
Países Bajos: Todavía la escucho en mi playlist, yo creo que hubiese estado más arriba si no hubiese tenido el Chanelazo antes. Mucha gente después de la actuación de España desconectó bastante de las demás actuaciones.
Chipre: La injusticia del año. Vale que ella no estuvo bien en el directo, pero la canción se merecía pasar, yo todavía la escucho en mi playlist.
España: ya te comenté mi opinión acerca de España, para mí la justa ganadora. Aunque ya sabes que al principio la canción la detestaba, siempre defendí a Chanel, se la ve una persona bastante humilde, decidió ir a Eurovisión con el mismo grupo de baile del Benidorm Fest, porque se sentía muy cómoda con ellos, no dudaba de la coreografía (no soy bailarina pero a veces, si no tienes confianza con los bailarines, pues un simple paso se puede arruinar todo) No sé si viste Tu Cara Me Suena, en que Andrea Guasch imitó a Chanel, con los mismos bailarines y ganó la gala. Creo que ahí se nota lo de la confianza con los bailarines. No digo que lo hiciera mal, al contrario, brillante. Espero que se haya entendido.

I just listen to Spain and Sweden that's it...
For me 2022 was the best year after 2018 lol. I love my top 10. I like my top 20. And I can listen to my top 30. I would say even Georgia and Bulgaria weren't that bad💀 But I agree, 2017 was really weak and bad. And for me 2023 is the worst with 2017

yes i know, there are a lot of unpopular opinions in this top but i'm no music expert so please ignore me
then I specify that I made the top based *only* on the songs because if I had to consider the performances in Turin, for example Mahmood and Blanco would be practically last (and I say this as a huge Mahmood fan because for me they didn't deserve that performance to go beyond 11th place), Pia Maria and Lum!x would be slightly out of the top 20 while Chanel would be on my podium while Sam Ryder would be first
but hey my tastes in the end are just ordinary opinions so please don't end up in insults but you are free to disagree with me :)
