    FULL EXPLOSIVE POWER WORKOUT:
    Warm Up:
    - Scoops
    -Quad Pulls
    - Knee Hugs
    - Frankensteins
    1x 8-10 reps each leg.
    Drills:
    - A skips
    - B skips
    - High knees
    1x 20 reps total.
    Workout:
    - Hang Cleans
    2x warm up sets
    3x 6 reps working sets increasing weight each set.
    4-6 min rest in between sets.
    - Box Squat
    2x warm up sets
    3x 5 reps increasing weight each set,
    4-6 min rest in between sets.
    - Step Ups
    3x 8 reps each leg lighter weight.
    or
    4x4 reps each leg heavy weight.
    4-6 min rest in between sets.
    - Broad Jumps
    3 sets 4 jumps
    3-4 min rest in between.
    - Tuck Jumps
    3 sets 6 jumps
    3-4 min rest in between.
    - Inclined Sprints
    8-10 reps of 5 second sprints
    45 seconds to 1 min rest in between sets.
