@@rheumatologistoncallhello doctor I’m suffering with autoimmune disease with RA and Lupus, Allergies, UTI. Pls advise how to maintain a healthy diet and what to include. I’m not able to control sweets cravings and could not continue No Salt diet. I’m confused on knowing what to eat in winter. As a housewife of 2 small kids I don’t find special time to cook for myself and happens to eat what my family eats (South Indian).
Lectins is a big one. I would put that before nightshade vegetables, but I do agree nightshade vegetables are not good in large amounts. I eat potatoes cos I prefer that over artificial potassium from a supplement. I don't eat any other nightshade veggies
The only thing i can eat anymore is meat and berries. Ironically...i get no flares from those. Seems weird but that's what i have to do. Oatmeal puts me into the hospital
This list is pretty off, it seems. If you're reading this, look around a bit - this seems really wrong. No mention of Lectin, legumes, processed oils, or a bunch of other things. This list nearly completely wrong.
Well that just scared the bjesus out of me. There's nothing left...in 3 weeks I'llbe dead!...looks like I'm going on the loin diet...she didn't say anything about beef...😅

Yes confused, because if you have Dysautonomia you are encouraged to increase your salt intake.
Fruit is also a sugar, and hard on the liver, so carnivore/keto is the way

Just because you don't eat these foods doesn't mean you can't get autoimmune diseases. These foods trigger flares from autoimmune diseases.
