Nothing like eating and watching Shark Tank
Right in the feels man 😂
Bro... Are you in my walls?
Especially when watching the food pitches 😂

It’s SO weird to see yourself on TV 😂
You were Awesome!!!
@@chocolateearrings thank you 🙏
So tell us, what's the end of the story?
Seneca, you killed it brother. You did amazing. Good luck with your company.
So did you sell?
Really enjoyed the dynamic between Mark and Robert this episode. Both being brutually honest, and advising him what is best for the company. Even commenting how he shouldn't take the deal from Mr. Wonderful. Truly genuine and wants the best for him.
agree. maybe because they related to seneca.
Yeah usually Robert and mark have little problems it seems like with each other,
Mr wonderful?? More like mr loan shark LOL
Ya I also loved this pitch due to this reason... He should sell his business.
Jesus Loves You!
This is one of the most legendary Barbara “I’m out” moments ever. Literally crying because of how moved she is and through the tears she says she’s out 😂

Thank you so much 🙏 you’ve got this brother!
You don't know if he cried mf
I'm sure Seneca ran home and replied to all the buy-out offers he's been receiving. This is awesome. Well done Seneca and what a great presentation that was.
And... I'm sure if anyone watched the show, his buyout offers are about to get a lot worse because of the desperate cashflow situation he's in.
@@boomboompow5687 You know the episodes are filmed months in advance right?
Also, the cash flow problem is the exact thing which an acquiring company wants to see, it's an opportunity for value to be created in the business by simply adding cash. If I was an investment banker I'd love to be seeing this "problem" on a notepad from my VP.
@@boomboompow5687 you don’t think any buyer actually looked at his cash flow before buying anyways? lol

I came here for this comment 😂
I’m laughing with the tears from being emotional
What I love from the US Shark Tank is they are brutally honest with the contestants. They punch you and break you into pieces but their advises will make you successful.
They don't actually punch you, you know. I don't think that would be very appropriate for TV.
Normally i don't like Barbra but her message was so strong here.
She’s a really nice lady
"24,000.... yesterday" 🤣🤣 this guy is great
Also being a 1 man show doing 12 mil is insane.
Also I agree with selling. This doesn't seem like his passion, just his way to make money. Now, with all of his lessons he can do anything he puts his mind to
Passion is overrated.

Thank you lama!
@@senecahampton Did you sell it? I'm curious. Well, whatever you chose to do, I hope the best for you.
So glad the Sharks gave him advice about his company and he listened to them all and didn't take Mr Wonderful's offer. Plus I loved how he said he made $24k and added yesterday after the Sharks responded. lmao. Amazingly his company value was $5 million in 2022 though I've giving up searching for more updated details whether he sold the company or what it's worth is now in 2023.
What's the name of the company
@@twincherry4958 Hampton Adams - the company name is always at the start of the ep.
First episode I ever shed a tear! When Barbara started talking about waiting tables and breaking down when she realized "This isn't it" and that she didn't have the secret formula and she changed her life by becoming HJNGRY for knowledge! I come from absolutely nothing, and I started my business late 2022 and I've been burying myself in books about business, investing and financial literacy trying to CHANGE me and my small daughters lives! It's starting to come to fruition and I pray i find myself on the Tank one day being admired in the same way this gentleman was. This man, HAS to feel better than ANYONE who ever left the "Tank" without a deal! We're all worthy! Talent comes natural, but skill is only developed through mastery!
Lol u really cried to this? 💀💀
This guy is the real deal
Thank you Fatt Damon!
Damn, this guy was just exhilarating, literally emitting immense positivity from him 💯
Real shark tank binge watcher are here first
Ofc 🙂
Shutup
Amen to that.
Not the flex you think it is..
Yeah I got sucked in about 3 weeks ago. I totally forgot about the show but once you start watching it again it's hard to quit
I love it when the entrepreneur is actually on a level with stuff and you get to hear the sharks give advice on the successful end of it. It’s a totally different conversation
This was actually a great episode and I think he really valued and needed that advice from Mark and Rob just to push him to let him know it’s okay to sale your not failing your gaining - I hope it all worked out well for this man and I hope he sold and is now a millionaire 🎉
I love how they tell him to sell his business and not one of them offered to buy it
I noticed that
because it would have to be a big sport company not them
Non of them are really in that space just because they have contacts doesn’t mean they can capitalize. If one of the sharks was the CEO of Nike or Dicks it would make sense.
Because they didn’t want it lol. If anyone should buy it it’s Amazon
It needs to be someone in this space
I love the fact that all the sharks remain cordial and "friendly" despite throwing shade every now and then and like in this case, they wont stand for a good guy making a bad deal offered up by one of their colleagues. I guess thats business in a nutshell, but its cool to see they understand its all business between each other even though Mark and Roberts advice may cost Kevin to lose out on a profitable deal for himself, theyre thinking about the entraprenuer who isnt rich and famous like Kevin is and relies on their business. I know if I threw out a deal that heavily benefitted me, id be upset if someone talked them out of it.
This guy is so kind and you can tell he has a pure heart! Wishing him all the best ❤
this guy is one of the best entrepreneurs I have seen on this show who is doing things the right way and is still willing to learn more, even though he declined the deal he was still eager to learn more info so tbh he still won
Never seen Babs cry 🥺🥺🥺
Announcer: "next in the tank..."
Barbara: "I'm out"
This is my favorite segment so far. The advice was spot on and Seneca made the right choice in saying no. He was very professional and entertaining to watch. Cant wait to see his next product in future seasons.
“ I cried in the bathroom before I had my big moment and figured out the formula. I can fully relate to you and you’re the most amazing entrepreneur I’ve ever seen. And for that reason, I’m out.” -Barbara
I hope this gentleman makes it BIG!! I'm glad the Sharks were nice to him and gave him encouraging advice.
One of the most inspiring people I know. Genuine, disciplined and kind.
when a product dont have a patent,. sharks always auto pass to any deals,. because they know that product will be crushed by the guy in industry,..
Just another reason why he needs to sell the business now.
Patents are only 5 years then people can copy. A great business shouldn't matter.
@@mrhumble2937 Patents last 20 years in the US
@Mr Humble maybe you're thinking of exclusivity on drugs
Man, this guy’s the real deal. It’s clearly so difficult to enter the Tank with a competent pitch and he just excelled. Hope he becomes a major player in athletic equipment sooner rather than later, and I think he will.
This is one of my favourite entrepreneur. Did everything right and knows exactly what the problem is. It looks like he is still running the business, so hopefully he figured out his cashflow issue!
Why sell while having the opportunity to appear on shark tank? The time to sell is soon after the episode airs, when a spike in sales is guaranteed.
The hard part will be to sell when the sales are booming and not waiting for them to return on (slightly elevated) normal levels.
Nothing but respect for the guy
He was fighting back tears at the end of that. He just wanted a shark to come in and advise him. even if to sell, he knows a shark would be able to negotiate a better deal than he could. He didn't need the money; he needed the help.
I like how Barbara uses the show to tell her stories then go out
Love when the sharks give genuine advice to entrepreneurs !!!
He’s me right now. I’m at my computer working on my business with Shark Tank on in the background. This is one of those moments where I have to jump in and confirm that the struggle is real.
I haven't rooted for anyone I've seen on the show more than this guy...
Thank you 🙏
Barbara: super emotional story that's why I'm out 😂🤣
😂😂😂
I love how they actually wanted to help him and gave him real advice on how to proceed in the future instead of just saying he’ll go places
I’m a licensed massage therapist that uses this kinese tape often in practice. It’s the best! It’s better than RockTape. The hold is better and the removal is easier. I lit up knowing I’ve been unknowingly supporting a BOB..I hope he didn’t sell.

@@meg.h. black owned business
Thank you Betty!
he is such a nice guy wish him the best
Thank you Nia!
I think they could be right, because Seneca has a significant bankruptcy risk. Other possibilities: -Go to a specialty lender for inventory financing
-Raise prices enough to put $300-500K in the bank, flattening growth for 3-6 months, then start growing again.
-Negotiate more of a just-in-time inventory model with the manufacturer.
-Tolerate a percentage of back-orders, or charge more for fast delivery.
If he was proficient at sourcing , that would be his best option. Lower cost of goods, and favorable payment terms would put him in a position to generate big profits. Damon would have been perfect for that.
😬
One of the best! Thanks for the video.
I am so amazed by his presentation. And he is very smart. We need of this
Man it’s unfortunate that he didn’t get a deal.
But man love the guy.
Such an amazing, passionate and humble human being.
Wish him the best!
I love mark 😂😂😂 he always tells people not to take stupid deals ( mostly made by Kevin )
This entrepreneur deserves the world and so much more. 😢
What a humble man. I hope he gets off that wheel and is able to keep his business fr
sharks gave the best recommendation ever given on this show. most businesses don’t consider their exit strategy and think they have to be in the game forever.
Good, honest man, given good, honest advice. He'll definitely go far.
Thank you Mungai!
Awesome episode, sharks giving great advice and looking out for the best interest of the company owner
The advices of the sharks are very good.
The entrepreneur should have changed the purpose of the visit.
He should have offered 10% of the sale to the one who helps him sell it.
Here for my daily dose of shark tank 😊
Somebody should’ve bought this company 99% and left him as a 1% man
No. Just no
Sounds like the dream 😂
Truly *fantastic*. Amazing entrepreneur and person, this man has a lot of great things ahead.
The guy is so charismatic and honest.
Barbara is rolling OUT and about every single time
Inspiring and charismatic ! Keep going !
He treats life itself as a business…everything is an opportunity to learn and do better 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The guy later sold his company with a 20M profit plus a partial royalty. He later came back to Mr wonderful during a golf match. They are both good friends now working undercover in Gotham city as the batman and butler.
I think they did him dirty !!!! They could have gave him a line of credit of $500k.
They explicitly said that the margins are too low for them to make money and it would only cause more problems, they could've given him credit but that would be charity because how do they get their money back?
ITs kind of sad only seeing companies with millions in sales on shark tank. I miss companies that were on the way up that actually needed the investment.
Mr. NotSoWonderful real did a number on this pitch. I applaud Mark and Robert for calling out Kevin's offer and advising him not to go for it.
Bárbaras excuses never disappoint. Always looking forward to her offers 😂
Great dude wish him all the best
❤
That was the best episode of Shark Tank I've ever seen
Just finished EW orientation and had to come check it out. Super cool opportunity, congrats boss.
Mr. Wonderful in his head: "How can I get money outta him no matter what?"
😂😂😂
That is a deal you actually learn something from.
That can be used in so many other other applications. Say construction. When doing finish work. Tape the bottom of your circular saw. No need to tape the entire 4x8 sheet were the cut is being made. And it won't leave glue on your saw that needs cleaned off 👍
His product is booming all over Amazon, I think this episode gave his business a boost
What if he raised the price of the products by $1.25 to $2?
Then he could get Kevin and the money, for free. (CORRECTION: 8:25 he wanted $1 royalty until 1.5 million paid to Kevin, PLUS 10%)
Thanks for a reply letting me know I missed that critical part of the deal. Now I know why he considered declining the offer. Big difference.
He's still giving Kevin 10% plus the royalty. How is it "for free"?
@@tenzing2090 Wow 8:25 you are right, he wanted $1 per unit PLUS 10%! Wow!
Dang. Thanks for pointing that out. $1 per unit until 1.5 million paid back, then only 10%.
Kevin loves money, so I respect him for that. He doesn't want to lose money.
Any offer is better than no offer.
An offer is an option, even if he said "I'll give you 50k for 100% of the company and I'll try to sell it", which would be a bad deal, but better than zero offers.
If he badly just needed some money and wanted to put an end to it for unmentioned reasons, it may be fine.
@@FusionDeveloper I'll have to disagree on "any offer is better than no offer." A bad offer is equivalent to rather not having any offer at all.
Yeah, the numbers didn’t make much sense to accept
I’m not following the issue that the Sharks were having. His demand is exceeding his inventory and he does not have the capital to fund the POs. Seems like a perfect opportunity for them to finance the inventory to significantly grow the business prior to selling it. They can even control demand through raising prices and lowering demand, while increasing margin. This video is missing a component.
Ten percent of a 20% margin is too risky, if they do that and fail that's 500k down the drain, especially since after airing this episode the competition would work hard to copy the allergen free adhesive
@@ryanhacker5259 Yes but can't they work towards improving the margins? I still don't understand why the margins are so bad.
@@williamhorn363 to improve the margins they have to increase prices because costs are already low, and that will alienate many customers
"Yesterday" 😂 that was good
Thanks you! 😅
I wish this guy all the best in the future! 🤙🏾🤙🏾
