Have you ever heard of The Hawkins? If not, go back, late 70’s, start there, the Love Alive albums. That’s him, on bass and drums. Played drums for the recording then overdubbed bass after. Then follow everything else he’s played on since then. Amazing!

One thing I don’t like if I’m teaching a song and making a point while teaching. Is very distracting for a drummer or whatever musician to be playing while I’m teaching or showing a part of the song. Very distracting
