- The KING of all steaks: The TOMAHAWK RIBEYE. We reverse seared this on the Traeger and finished it off with some chimichurri béarnaise sauce. Made some bacon wrapped scallops and smoked asparagus for the side dishes. Summer is almost here, but grilling season is in FULL EFFECT.

Can you do a small tutorial on making beef right? i tried 3 times and every time i overcooked it lmao
1.5-2 inch steak, high smoke point high heat oil, sear 2-3 mins each side and baste with butter rosemary and tyme (the butter does end up burning out so maybe that’s where i went wrong)
