Their fate that I'll make it short:
Ren: got mobbed, dumped and sued by several women he cheated with including the boss's daughter who were enraged. He resigned and all women sees him as a enemy of woman society. His parents cut ties with him when they found out about his affair. He was forced to work at the fishing boat to the bering sea in order to pay alimony fee to Keiichi and Nagisa against his will.
Yuna: forced to work at the supermarket to pay alimony fee to Keiichi and Nagisa. Both Yuna and Ren broke up after she finds out that Ren was cheating on her with different women and he was engaged with his boss's daughter. She tries to get back together with Keiichi but Nagisa and Keiichi's sister drove her away. Her parents too cut ties with her after they found out about her affair.
Keiichi and Nagisa: both got married while Nagisa gave birth to a girl. Hopefully she'll have a baby boy that'll look like Keiichi in the future when her daughter turns 5.
What about Miyuki and Mamoru? Are they become husband and wife and became parents of Miyuki's child after Keiichi and Nagisa, Taureanking?

Another thing about these cheating antagonist women is that they hook up with the other guy and they usually break up with the MC on the spot only when they are caught cheating or when they reveal that they are cheating. If you have to act like that atleast break up with the MC and THEN go after the other guy.
I will argue that there are two paths for the bulk of these cheaters: either they get caught and confess, or they are stringing the MC along for some reason (usually money or helping the AP steal the MC's work)

I'd feel hurt, distant, regret, upset... basically the feeling of being cheated on. That's how I feel about Yuna. I feel like I was cared, loved, and warm, and I feel like loving her back, protecting her, and to be there for her, but after finding out that Ren's her ex, then I feel i have to avenge her, get revenge on Ren, and be protective, and the simple feeling of maddened, reminded, even relieved for some reason. This relief is not only simple, but that can last long and it's as complex as the determined feeling saying "I won't let that baby be like this cheater who stole my ex."
Now imagine the feeling of all three groups of feelings combined. Cheated on, sudden true love, and confronting her baby's father.
