Yeah. She was given a bad memory as I believe the CEO trusted him, and his trust was founded. Keiichi called her out for her behavior and she ended up succumbing to his gut feeling. If anything, instead of hitting him, I’d probably report this to the CEO. Then I’d metaphorically kick his butt and let him know of the consequences of that kind of behavior.

The one thing i hate in all these videos and similar channels is they never talk about the harsh punishments they just make it seem like slaps on the wrist where in real life most companies would kick people out the door for mistakes or choices like this. I’m having trouble figuring out the family situation. The best I can figure is that Yui’s parents split some time after Yui was born, and then Mei’s father remarried with Yui’s mother but they all maintained a good relationship with Yui’s father. Does that sound about accurate?
Well anyway, it was a good episode, apart from some giveaway comment from Sakakibara probably missing from 14:14.
I thought it was the classic story in which the daughter was a total imbecil...and in fact, she has been a total imbecile in the first minutes...but after the MC called her out, she showed her true nature.
Anyway, I do hate when people generalizes about other people without even knowing them properly (and I also hate when the boss set you up for a date with his own daughter, even if there are good intentions behind...but anyway, this one was all right despite the beginning, so...)...but as I suspected, probably behind that behavior there the antagonist that had something to do with it...and in fact, look at what happened later.

As to a few comments below about Keiichi and Yui's first meeting - I get it, and don't blame you for that view, but I don't think that Keiichi's soft side was the whole reason he stuck it out: Keiichi had a fairly clear picture of Yui's character from her dad, and her behavior was in such stark contrast that simple "doting dad syndrome" didn't seem sufficient to explain it. I think Keiichi was hoping for some reason for the discrepancy to rear its ugly little head - and after responding so forcefully to Yui's words about her father, his patience and forbearance were rewarded with the truth behind Yui's faulty assumptions. With the correction of her assumptions, the real Yui was revealed, and her cornered and defensive armor were discarded.
This story sucks. No way the MC got back to that bratty girl.
One thing is confusing you see if her biological father was that important to her that means he have been good to her so as automatically it he would be good to her biological mother too as married spouse of each other then why divorce and remarriage with another after the divorce thus the confusion but maybe her biological father or her biological mother or her both biological father and biological mother has or have been jerk to the another among them two spouse or jerk to each other the both spouse but later mutual wise either one of them or two of them means both of them came to good sense with goodness so thus the biological child of them stays thus good important to either one of them or both of them thus the natural logical explanation as one of the various solution of the confusion as likewise but it would be much more better if thus much part also have been added in the entire story in one clip means in one video altogether but anyway nice story though and that's all.
