I looked at the balsamic vinegar and it's $30 for a 250ml = 8.5 fl ounce bottle. That is one cup, the exact amount of the recipe. The vinegar Pasquale uses is QO Chile Infused. In other words just the balsamic vinegar in the recipe costs $30 to $33 (plus shipping). Then you have to add the cost of the chicken itself, and other ingredients. It looks super tasty but it's an expensive recipe... Perhaps one could buy a balsamic vinegar and add the chili spice separately. Perhaps it's possible to lower the cost of that ingredient a little bit.
