Perfect Way to Cook Rice- • THE PERFECT WAY TO COO...
Water ration for basmati rice is 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water. To prevent it from sticking together, add 1/2 a table spoon of lemon or lime juice or white vinegar.

Ingredients
2 cups cooked basmati rice
3 table spoons light soy sauce
2 table spoon dark soy sauce
2 table spoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons blended sesame oil
1 medium onion bulb, diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 scotch bonnet peppers
1/4 cup finely diced carrots
1/4 cup spring onions (green onions)
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 beef fillets, cut into bite size pieces
2 large eggs
pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
I really love this, I must confess,
But for how long can we per boil the rice & secondly is it that they don't add maggi too the rice

I decided I was going to cook my first Chinese rice today
So I went to the mall to get the ingredients
And for some reason decided to search up how to cook it after getting the ingredients😂
To my pleasant surprise though I happened to have gotten about 98% of the ingredients
All except for light soy sauce and garlic
In my case i got some sausage and prawns
So I think I’m all good 😂😂
