Midnight marauders 😮 soundman it's a Mercury. Slammed on 22's wrapped in vogues with an air ride suspension. 2 18 inch subs in the trunk and 2 10 inch front subs...3 way active up front 2 way passive rear fill. Of course Soundman patented dashmod technology with all the bells and whistles. It'll be a solid socal slammed slapper😊

My friend really likes this project and told me to tell you it's oddly refreshing to see a car other than a sports car, muscle car, or Ferraretard build. There's plenty of those on the tube. That's what my friend said. My friend also said it would be neat if the car had hydraulics, rolled fenders, shaved door handles, all black with everything blacked out...everything....smoked head/tail lights, and a magenta interior. My friend said never mind. The magenta interior is a bad idea. My friend said subs under the front seats would be a nice addition to trunk subs of a different frequency range so you can feel the bass. My friend said this would also distract you from the car bottoming out on speed bumps. Win win.
My friend said your channel is awesome and appreciates the time, effort, and money spent on these projects so that all 13 people can be so thoroughly entertained. My friend is #6. That's what my friend said. My friend also asked if this Cury would take 11 years to finish. My friend doesn't like quickies.

Hydro's are cool but damn the ride quality from bags is so damn nice. My vote is for bags. Give that old girl the smooth love it deserves

Perfect Doug, this is a large car, I think you’re browsing high output alternators now while you have the belt tools out.
2 ✌️13w7s trunk maybe some kind of blow through if there’s a fold down armrest in the back seat, or some kind of port out of the package tray or flush with it. You’re looking for a pillars and kick panel 😀. The Dynaudio esotar 430 in the a pillars, you could make some sweet trim rings for that. That’s a 4” mid. Premium. The focal m series 5-3/4” subwoofers in the custom kick panels. This is like two front subs handling maybe 60-90hz. The fabrication “im picturing” would be not overly flashy but clean and smooth. Nice job as usual!
So a Lincoln Town car. Plenty of Crown Vic parts. A Marauder build with your style and a touch of hot rod would be refreshing. Look forward to seeing the finished build.

Tint, paint or hydro dip the wood grain interior pieces, Suede headliner, Ipad dash, 2 12" subs in the trunk with about 2000 watt amp, Marauder wheels, hooker max flow exhaust

Really cool build! I would love to see some additional interior mods. Maybe an embossed headliner design with the suede. Or maybe some custom seat covers with diamond stitching. Maybe even the starlight headliner. Keep up the good work Doug!!

Hey , doug , if the car squeaks when you're driving , it could be the front ball joints. I have a ninety nine marky and both ball Joints squeaked in incessantly before they blow out and drop the car onto the street. Granted, it looked dope with it that low but couldn't drive it that way.
I love it, I just got rid of my 1994 merc, that year you got is the best, better steering and suspension, and pretty reliable and beefy built car. Make a hybrid suspension with ar bags and hydros together.
Replace the front and back bumper covers with some from a mercury marauder! Look it up, those marauders are pretty sweet.
Put a bench seat up front, make it more exclusive!

Always wanted one myself! I would love to manual trans swap, nice medium size turbo kit with a borla exhaust. Interior i would swap 2014 mustang dash and seats that would be sick!

15 inch sub ported box 2k watt amp, component speakers up front with 4 channel amp!
19inch dish style chrome wheels +meaty tires 👍
I like it, but I think I would rather have the T-bird. Looks like it would be a good cruiser though. Hydros would be cool and you don't need the ride to be harsh, it all depends on what springs you have in it and if you are wanting to hop it or not. Air bags would be good also and you can get triple convoluted bags for all 4 corners to have just as much suspension travel as hydros. Looking forward to the build. BTW, are you trying to tease us by showing off your Bass Dangler? You need to start making those again! That would be a perfect product for your son to make and sell.

An air-setup with half inch lines, high lift bags and big tank and 200psi is quick and fun. Of course juice is way better for a lot of movement in short time. I own a juiced '84 Regal and a bagged '83 Caprice. The ride quality with an airride is great as you know.
Is the Mercury frame the same as he Crown Vic and the Lincoln Towncar? (not so familiar with US car brands)
There are some hydraulic issues related to the Towncars year of fabrication. @RJTickler mentioned that. He is a cool dude and knows a lot about these frames and hydraulic builds. Might be worth to contact him. Have fun, Doug! Cheers, Tobias 👋😉👍

I'm excited for this one! Hydraulics with some gold daytons wrapped in white wall tires baby. Those gold wheels will POP with the body color. Go crazy with the headliner and add fiber optics! I want one now dammit. For subs go with The new Kicker Solo X. Not many people have showcased solo x builds.

I didn't know the Marguis came with an air ride option. Best to change it anyways, they always shit the bed on the Lincolns.
Bout to start refreshing the 'Bird I picked in November, just doin suspension and stereo...for now. Probably doing the 1.5" drop coils.
Doug, you still think tweeters in the kicks is the easier option vs A-pillars, sound quality wise?
For the Merc, I'd just go hydro, relatively easy in panther bodies and it'd be about the same amount of work as air, maybe a little more work in the front.
