I found a cute llama puppet at a toy shop. No hands but the mouth is nice and soft so I can do m a lot of different expressions. I think that’s the key to a good classroom puppet.
Great tips Angie. Love the teacher binder! So helpful. When I taught 3rd grade, we would complete a birthday themed Mad Lib or Mad Lib Jr. the kids loved it, and I would send home the copy with them so they could read it to family. It also helped with parts of speech and showing the kids how adjectives and adverbs can spice up writing. 😊
A birthday Mad Lib is an awesome idea. What a fun way to sneak some learning into the fun.

There is a comment somewhere amongst all of the comments for this video from someone who found max and purchased him. I think it was on eBay.
Good puppets are surprisingly hard to find. Sometimes if you go to a high end toy store you can find a good puppet.
