- This is a quick video I made to use as a resource to preview all Nova Galactic Habitats and Cockpits.
You can find all Nova habs on Titan in the Sol System. Speak to the ship technician to preview all the available parts.

Probably the most clear and well put together video on all the habs, cockpits and most importantly where to find the darn things. Hoping for a vid for each company!
This vids will become popular, because the game doesn't let you preview most of the habs.
The Nova layouts by far make the most practical sense.
Among the 5 brands I find Nova Galactic to have the most distinctive style internally, you can tell that the other 4 brands share alot of internal layout. Taiyo and Hopetech shares internal layout while Stroud and Deimos shares theirs nut Nova is unique
This is kind of explained in game lore as Stroud and Deimos are UC competitors, with Stroud building civilian ships on Deimos military legacy. Taiyo (Ryujin luxuray brand) and HopeTech (Ron Hope's simplistic vision) are steal-from-each-other competitors from Freestar. Nova is no longer produced, it's the remnants of earth's first colony fleet.
I went to the Nova Galactic staryard to browse ships and ship parts only to discover that its abandoned. I guess they got raided by pirates or spacers. The layout looked familiar so i might have been there earlier in the game but i can't remember.
Very nice. Worth noting that the Nova Galactic All-in-One Berth 2x1 A is the one that the Frontier comes with.

So there’s no way to preview the interior before you buy it and exit ship builder? It seems like a big oversight
How do you get the 2x2 living quarters and the 3x2
So, if you have, say, a 2x1 nova armoury in ship 1, and also in ship 2, and you make ship 2 your home ship instead of ship 1, will ship 1's armory content transfer over ?
So I tested sticking something in the captain's locker and switching ships. Nope, not in the destination ship. But if I stick stuff in one ship's armory and it stays there for next time, that's some use.
I just snagged an ecliptic class c ship and trying up grade I can't get any engines to fit it I want the mobility more then 60 with 5000+ cargo it's all nova stuff so hopefully this will help every engine I put on it says its not attached even when it's green
They have all these spots for crew in cockpits and half the time it’s totally empty. I hope this stuff gets good updates. Great videos thanks for uploading!

You skipped the 2x1 living quarters.
My only issue with Nova is it seems like restrooms are scarce. There is no restroom in the captains quarters for example.
EDIT: Alright, one more complaint. The Nova crew living quarters only has one bed...even the large living quarters hab. That's absurd. Living quarters should have 2 beds MINIMUM with larger habs utilizing 3 or 4 beds. The main point of building the living quarters is to give the crew a place to sleep.
There are three Cabot bridges, I came here to see the difference, they were not all included
Starfield designers need a lesson in physics.. their idea of spacecraft interiors is just insulting.
How would you change the interiors then?
@@AdmiralKew Heavy! The interiors are full of fluff, and objects laying about as if they're under constant gravity. Realistically, anything not strapped down would rip the ship apart the minute it executed a maneuver. Changing this would be a good start.
@@jrsxcase this universe assumes the existence of grav drives that allow ship to "warp" between systems and generates gravity inside the ship
