Is it possible to put tubeless tyre or to prevent getting flat tyres

We do not offer tubeless tires for this model and recommend keeping the tube tires for added comfort. You can use anti-puncture products such as: www.maxblinker.com/en/accessories/8oz-armor-dilloz-blue

Where did u guy get the platform with the hole in the middle to lay the tires on .

It is a hydraulic motorcycle stand. The hole is intended for a motorcycle kickstand, but it is also suitable for scooter tires, as seen in the video.

Are those nuts and bolts standard or metric?

It is a mix of both. Bolts are metric and nuts are usually standard.
