54:34 voice notes can be sooo annoying. Sometimes when my friends send them and I’m in a public place without headphones (I know you can put it up to your ear) but basically the voice note takes me out of the present moment more than texts.

I didn't have any fireworks at first date, but I was definitely curious and excited by date 3 with my boyfriend. No, she doesn't have to push anyone on herself, but if most guys who are interested in her seems "boring" to her, that could be a deeper fear of attachment issue that she could look into.

@@hkholverson encourage them to tell potential romantic partners, or people they have 'crushes' on that they should be direct about what they want with the person. Tell them not to think romantic comedies are the real world because they're toxic AF.
